We were in Sierra for the second time from 01/12/14 to 01/23/14 with four families. We asked in advance for rooms on the ground floor in building 6, they gave everything, no problem. A week later, friends arrived, they were given two rooms next to us without demanding anything (for which many thanks).
About the hotel in general:
Over the past year there have been changes for the better and we hope that Sierra will continue to develop and prosper.
Rooms:
Everything is there in the room. Air conditioning, safe, kettle and tea and coffee set, refrigerator, hair dryer - everything works fine. The rooms in the 6th building are not the best, but the view of the patio to the garden is awesome and therefore we have been asking here for several years.
Territory:
The hotel is not big, but in my opinion, this is a plus. Everything is green and well maintained. On New Year's holidays, all palm trees are decorated with garlands - beauty.
Pools:
On the territory of 7 pools. I was very pleased with the new pool between buildings 6 and 7 (there is the warmest water there, like in a children's pool), that year there was cold water. Near building 3 there is a good swimming pool, but children are not allowed there. Children's pool 50 cm, always very
warm. Indoor pool in the SPA (with massage hydrants), next to the pool with sea water, but in winter it is cold. And of course, a chic huge central pool (it has both a gentle entry and a sharp depth).
there were always enough sunbeds, considering that there were 15 of us.
Near each pool there is a bar. But the best one near the 7th building, the bartender Bishoy is a wonderful guy, he did everything from milkshakes to alcoholic cocktails, coffee, tea - everything was fast and with a smile.
Nutrition:
Pleased. Much more fruit, tomato juice appeared, they made a civilized pizzeria, and most importantly, everything is not spicy! But this is not Turkey, do not expect frills, everything is of high quality and satisfying.
Soho Square:
As always wonderful. We played bowling, went to the skating rink, sat on the square in a cafe, watched performances, admired the fountain and all this is FREE!
Akkuna Matata is a different story. They removed the money, everything became much simpler. For one person 1 main course, 1 salad and 1 large sweet dish for two.
Disco on Sundays in Savoy, other days in Panger in the square.

Conclusion: The hotel is at the highest level, I advise everyone. Next year we will definitely go!
