Arrived from Egypt two days ago. We were there with a large group of three families. The hotel is large in area, club-two-story and one-story bungalows. But at this time of the year, it is barely 25-30% full. All in antique Moorish style. Upon arrival, we were offered two options for settling in buildings No. 700 and in buildings No. 200. I would immediately recommend settling in houses No. 200 near the Coral Reef pool - the condition of the rooms is somewhat better there, and there is access to the sea nearby. When settling, the staff extorts bakshish ( $1 for showing rooms and the same for delivering luggage to the room). Everything worked in our rooms, but the furniture is a bit old and the rooms are far from new. They cleaned every day, but not always with high quality. We were waiting for one dollar... The hotel area is quite nicely decorated, there are 4 pools (two large and two small). The Africa pool did not work, the relax pool and the children's pool were also empty. One Coral pool worked. I must say that the pools are not heated. There is a jacuzzi which is heated. It's free.
Internet in the hotel is paid, so take Vodafone cards.
Nutrition. In the main restaurant, lunch and dinner, and in the grill restaurant (on the beach) - lunch. Bars are open by the pool, on the beach and in the evening at the Zodiac disco club. The food was pretty tasty. There were soups, meat-chicken and beef, sometimes liver. Grilled and fried fish. A couple of times there was even a mix of seafood (oysters, squid, etc. ). Vegetable salads in assortment. From vegetables, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce peppers, several varieties of cabbage, carrots. From fruits: oranges, tangerines, dates, persimmons and on the decorations of pastries and cakes - strawberries, pomegranates, pineapple. There is no alcohol in restaurants, except for beer, but good - bottled. Local alcohol only in bars, but the quality is disgusting. So take your alcohol... Tea, coffee, cola, sprite, yupi drinks - in stock.

And finally, the most important thing is the sea and the beach. This is the greatest wealth and dignity of the hotel. The first line, the beach is large (more than 150 m), sandy. The entrance to the sea is gently sloping sandy (convenient for children and those who swim poorly), but then a dead coral reef begins, which turns into a living reef. On the right of the city beach there is a wooden bridge for swimming on the reef (the bridge was in poor condition), we did swims with a mask from it. On the left is the beach of the five and their floating pontoon. You can swim along the reef and from there, but sometimes they swear. On the beach there are new sun loungers and sailors, towels are issued by the pool. The reef here is not even bad, there are a lot of fish that swim to the shore on a sandbank. Therefore, you can swim to the reef either from the shore (at high tide) or from pontoons. Since the beach is located under a steep coast, there are no winds (north and northeast) in winter, as in other hotels. . .
Animation was during the day, aqua aerobics, volleyball, dancing, sometimes dance shows with the participation of an ethnic ensemble, and in the evening there was a disco in the disco club, a fire show, belly dance, dance with skirts.
With all the minor shortcomings, our vacation was a success - our large (8 people) friendly company also played a role here. We recommend the hotel for couples and families with children.
