What can I say, I came from a holiday in this hotel. Everything that is written about him here is mostly true. The hotel is good, there are some errors that are easy to turn a blind eye. Upon arrival at the hotel (08:00), they offered to have breakfast and an hour later they were already settled (about 09:00), although the stated check-in time was 14:00, and they did not ask for a penny. The rooms, as already mentioned, require updating in technology and furniture, but you can live, I'm not demanding, everything is clean. The territory is large and confusing, it is very difficult to navigate at first. The reef is beautiful. The hotel staff is unobtrusive, does not follow you and does not beg for money (not counting the standard ones: a porter, a cleaner, and a guy who took you to your room for the first time, and even then if you want you can not give it, it's up to you, I personally gave me no in tension). The downside of the hotel is the lack of free internet. The territory of the hotel, as I have already indicated, is large, there is greenery. It is very difficult to climb the stairs at lunchtime, it is very hot. There is a small problem with sunbeds on the beach (especially if you have a big company). They have no animation, every day the same thing, boring and uninteresting programs, especially on the beach (although there are about 5 animators). I haven’t seen children’s animation in general for all the time, in the evening the children turn on music and they themselves jump to it on stage. In general, I have a feeling that apart from smiling, jumping and acting like crazy animators in this hotel, they can’t do anything (in other words, they imitate work, but they don’t want or can’t come up with an interesting program).
If you want to go on a tour, then the prices at Vovatur are 40-45% lower, although there are some drawbacks. One more thing, I personally do not recommend an excursion to the "mountain of Moses", it is really very difficult to climb there and it is not worth it (although they may disagree with me here). In addition, I would like to say that during the indicated excursion the declared breakfast was not in the monastery, and they did not give out flashlights when climbing the mountain (instead of breakfast they were given a small bag of juice, a bottle of water and a small bag of croissants).
