We drove purposefully to the bay of Ras um Sid, chose this hotel, knowing about the beautiful reef. It turned out that this is Cape Temple (Temple). At the entrance to the beach, the builders were just finishing the construction of a mini Temple, and the desired place is a little to the left, after 2 hotels: ) There is the Renaissans hotel and the nearby Jaz Fanara. It was in this place that the most beautiful part of the reef and a lot of fish turned out to be. If you take a map at the diving center, all the details are indicated there. We swam both ways from the hotel. There really is where to roam: we saw 2 types of stingrays, fish from small to huge, lionfish, igloo, moray eel, etc. The beach area is large, the entry into the sea is sandy, people from other hotels are brought here for diving and swimming. Cons: in front of the beach there are always a lot of yachts with tourists. Many said on the beach that this hotel is not the first time and will come again.
There is no other reef like this anywhere in Sharm.
Regarding any water excursions, contact the Diving Center on the beach for information (do not take JoinApa from the guides - instead of RasMohamed and Tiran Island, tourists are brought in front of our hotel: (people complained - zero reactions! They sell something where they themselves have never been). We were extremely happy after a trip to the reserve and a trip on a boat with dives in 3 different places. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am, we were treated to tea and given wet towels to wipe our faces, fed breakfast and then settled. There are, of course, nuances here. Rooms 700 -900 are all old rooms without renovation and closer to the Reception. Everyone is first placed in them. Then they begin to change conditions for money. Rooms 200 are closer to the beach and are renovated, they primarily accommodate foreigners (they have blue bracelets - wine is poured at the bar).
For us, the room was not important at all, the main thing is that everything works in it, we settled in the center - it was close to go for breakfast, take clean towels at the main pool (with a wave) and then we went to the beach, returning after 17. Lunch was booked at the grill bar right above the beach. There is no water in the rooms. We bought 10 liters. bottle for 1 cu. and brought it to your room. Exit the hotel, to the left and across the road at 200 m there is a market. It’s better not to drink from coolers - it’s not clear where they get it.
The dishes are plastic, I took my fitness bottle from home and drank only from my dishes. but that's what I do all the time, even at home.
There is always plenty of food. I ate salads and fruits for a year ahead. Lamb, veal, chicken, liver, fish fillet, breaded squid, lulakebab. Rice, potatoes, pasta, steamed vegetables. I almost never eat sweets, I've only tried coconut pie. There were a lot of fruits every day: dates, tangerines, bananas, oranges, grapefruits, guava, melon, watermelons and even mangoes were eaten 3 times. True, in order to get it, you don’t need to run to 19 and stand in lines : )) come to 20, there is always plenty of food, they take it out as soon as it ends. I really found out that this week there was an owner in the hotel (he lives in America), perhaps that is why the food was so good. In April, I rested in ReefOasis, and this is 5, but I have not seen so many fruits.
Wi-Fi in the hotel is paid. Before departure for 150 UAH. (MTS) activated roaming for 7 days.
It was enough with my head, I didn’t even use the entire resource.
The proximity of the hotel to the mosque did not bother us, we even really liked listening to the call to prayer and its motives: ) We have never heard the morning one, we slept like the dead after a large number of swims.
There are 4 pools on the territory, but we have never attended them, we just walked past the bar and for towels.
Separate respect to the Animation Team - Belarusians are great and the Arab DJ is also a merry fellow. Competitions have always been great. Warm up and dance on the beach every day. The invited teams for the Fire Show and Zumba were pleasing to the eye.

We had a very sincere evening, but in the final, as always, JOIN UP scored, who organized a transfer from hotels to drive tourists to the square, but no one was in a hurry to pick up everyone. We came to the parking lot - the bus was not found. The driver removed all identification marks, removed both the bus number and the name of the hotels. 4 buses were taken out - they took a maximum of 2. We ended up getting to the hotel at one in the morning by taxi ourselves for 1 c. u. e.
