Were in the period from 17 to 26 May. They settled us on the second attempt, but without surcharges, and bickering, and promptly in the morning. Everything in the room worked. At first, the air conditioning did not work well, but was promptly adjusted upon request. The receptionist was fluent in Russian. The food was ok, no worse than in other hotels. The sea is a fairy tale in the sense of snorkeling from a wooden pier. There probably isn't one anywhere. If from the shore, then it’s good at high tide, but at low tide it’s a bit small. It was a bit annoying to walk up the stairs. Cars regularly drove from the top of the stairs almost to the reception and back. The staff is friendly. In general, we are satisfied with the rest.
