The sea is clean, the beach is sand, sunbeds and umbrellas can be rented, but we bought it and used it successfully for 10 days (just like the majority of the Spaniards - all with their own umbrellas). the water was warm all the time, but the sea was stormy for several days. The hotel is located on the second line, to the beach at a slow pace of 5 minutes. the hotel is clean, comfortable, the food is good (although we only had breakfast), the rooms were cleaned every day, towels were also changed every day. we had a room with a terrace and windows overlooking the pool, I’ll say right away that there is a busy highway outside the hotel gates, but the rooms have very good sound insulation and cars did not interfere. the air conditioner worked. the town itself is very clean, cozy with a lot of cafes and restaurants. you can write a lot about Barcelona, but it's better to see. For 10 days every evening we took the bus, went to this wonderful city and walked, walked, walked, enjoying the Rambla, the creations of Gaudi, flamenco.... .
