I just went to Spain (the host company is "Marfil", the route is "Classic Spain" or another name is "Spanish Tale").

To begin with, the route schedule was completely changed, as a result of which I could not go to Escorial myself in Madrid (which was not in the program), which could have been done with the declared schedule.

Then, in the ticket it was written about Barcelona, in particular: "visiting... the cathedral, Park Gü ell and the architectural modernism of Antoni Gaudí . " Since Gaudi was the main goal of my trip, I bought a ticket (there were no other Gaudi companies in the tours at all). We saw the cathedral only from the outside (!!!!!!!!!! ), we saw Park Gü ell, but there is almost nothing to see there, and that's almost everything !!!!!!!! ! We drove past 2 more houses of Gaudi (the most famous ones) without stopping, and without even slowing down! At the same time, in the few seconds that we had, everyone could see (if it can be called seeing) only one of the houses, because they are located on different sides of the street. So the money spent on the trip turned out to be thrown away for me. This is outright cheating!

But that is not all. The guide, Mikhail Vasiliev, began by demanding 15 euros for using the headphones. The first time they took money from me for this! Yes, and why? If the company is taking a large group, they MUST ensure that everyone can hear the guide. It's been that way everywhere I've been so far. In the future, there were other large and small requisitions, about which nothing was said in the ticket. For example, Mikhail charged 40 euros for a Flamenco concert, which was really not included in the program, but, as I found out after the trip, it costs less, especially since although Flamenco is great (I recommend), the concert itself was cheap. The men danced in ordinary clothes, without costumes, and the women (it is absolutely impossible for women to dance Flamenco in ordinary clothes) had torn stockings.

In addition, Mikhail clearly has an inferiority complex due to the fact that he works "only" as a guide. He kept talking about what a big figure he was and what celebrities he dealt with. This, of course, is only amusing, but besides, if he did not like the question he was asked, he answered with irony, trying to humiliate the questioner. I do not think that we should satisfy the guide's inferiority complex for our own money.

In short, before buying a ticket to Spain, I recommend checking if the host company is Marfil.
