The air conditioner is a separate conversation, it is better not to turn it on because it immediately starts to stink with charm. There is no pool as such, except that children under 6 years old will be comfortable swimming there. In the bathroom everything is old faucets old bathtub old toilet is almost never flushed, everything is wooden and miserable in the room itself! The former name of the hotel "Evgenia" reminds of itself on the key fob on the wall apartments, etc. The TV was miserable, they immediately turned it off to free up and make at least 2 sockets for themselves, since there was only one free one in the room. I wanted to write a lot, but after the trip, it’s somehow not the same excitement, I mentioned the essential! The only plus, it was good food, I really liked it, they say that the kitchen has changed a year ago. And for some, this will be a plus for a Russian-speaking receptionist. Сейф нерабочий вонь в шкафе ужасная дверь времен СССР видно сразу! Супер краны! Это жесть страшно было крутить их. Нерабочее биде! Кран над ванной который постоянно протекал.

We didn’t always have time to clean the room - we returned to the room at about an hour to rest, after half an hour the maid knocked, we said that everything was okay. At the end of the holiday there was a suspicion that this was done on purpose. Thus, without cleaning, you can sit for 3 days in a row. 5. Audibility - perfect. You can hear what channel is watching, who is saying what on the street (even when the balcony is closed)6. My bed had buckled legs, it creaked with my every movement7.2 Russian channels, in order for the TV set to show something, I had to first complain to the reception, then to fix the antenna 8. There were no dishes in the room, I had to buy everything9. The plates purchased as a result of point 8 disappeared one day from our room. They were taken by the maid to be washed and for some reason did not return (they had to be looked for), but why she did this at the end of our stay is not clear, they lay for 2 weeks and are always quite dirty.

We were 5 people, 2 families. And only after purchasing the tour, they began to read reviews: they were simply shocked: where are we going?!! ! There were a lot of negative reviews. But, we reassured ourselves that we would still have fun and good, because we were going in a good company, and not to sit in a hotel, but to look at Spain. When we arrived, settled in, looked around - we really liked this hotel, and if it weren’t for my trip to Marsol in a month, when you can already compare, then I, like all my other friends, would still even admired him.
Of the benefits: - a very calm location: so calm that we did not understand why they say: "Lloret never sleeps"))); - the proximity of the supermarket "Caprabo" with very affordable prices and a large assortment of goods; - the nearest beach near the castle: having studied the entire beach, we found only in this place a secluded place near stones for relaxation and a living underwater world, here even divers dived in groups, if I'm not mistaken, for 50-60 euros, and we swam above them with masks for free : different fish, octinia, sea urchins, which you so wanted to touch, and even small octopuses the size of a fist between the stones.
Of the minuses: - restaurant and food: very modest, monotonous, especially breakfasts and everything is studded with cameras, I still don’t understand: why did they make this separate room like for Russians? There are even more cameras and someone from the staff is constantly present, probably they know the Russians well?

Like this! It's hot, and we run water, we ask the neighbors in the refrigerator to lie down. They asked to reschedule dinner for lunch (we had HB), they said "Yes", they wrote us down, we come for lunch - we are not on the list, we are in shock, we run to the reception, they say you wrote us down, in response - look, you are from dinner filmed, there is a recording, but no one recorded for lunch. ((so they didn’t achieve anything, they were left without dinner and without lunch.

I will try further in random order to describe what exactly I did not like. 1. Air conditioning. Since July is summer, and Lloret is much further south than St. Petersburg, the lack of proper air conditioning is a problem for me. I described this problem to the agent of the Teztur tour operator in advance. I was assured that there would be no problems with this....Arriving at the place, I was faced with the fact that the condo (thermometer scale from 5 to 30 degrees) drives hot air at a distance of 1 meter from the front door. How could I explain this to the staff (in a mixture of English and German, for two weeks, I only saw Russian-speaking staff at the reception twice). After a couple of hours, a craftsman came and depicted the work - he changed the freon. After this operation, the air conditioner began to drive air at room temperature and it was possible to approach the doors in order to feel under the fan. The rest of the room was still hot, and most importantly stuffy. Near the open door to the balcony, breathing was somewhat easier. When asked to deal with the air conditioner, the staff finally stopped understanding English, saying that everything was working well and great. After talking with other compatriots, I realized that this was not the problem of my room, but of the hotel as a whole. 2. Luggage storage room. We arrived at the hotel at 11-30, the guide Teztur told us that the check-in was at 12-00. At the reception we were told that check-in at them at 13-00. Strange of course, but you can survive. I asked to open a luggage storage room in order to check in my bags and walk around the city. The receptionist was very surprised, but after completing the registration of the group (15 minutes) and after another 15 minutes she found some room on the second floor. Even in 3 stars I did not encounter such a problem. In addition, it was a shame to spend half an hour on such nonsense, then a couple of hours on the air conditioner. 3. Breakfasts. Two types of cheese. Two or three kinds of tasteless sausage. It seems to be muesli, juice from a concentrate or tea / coffee, tomatoes / cucumbers and fruits (watermelons and melons in 50% of cases were tasteless and unripe, by mid-July the situation became a little better). Even a nook discovered 4 days later where one could find scrambled eggs and sausages did not correct the feeling of modesty, but rather even the wretchedness of breakfast. I have seen the worst breakfasts only in Sweden, at the Skavska airport hotel. Dinners were more nutritious and varied, but I would not call them delicious. 4. Poor sound insulation. You can hear the whole corridor, neighboring rooms and the room upstairs. 5. Teen groups. In itself, this may not be bad, but in the company of terrible soundproofing, it is a problem. Many of these groups come for a day or two and not always in the afternoon/morning. Therefore, when the next group arrives at night, it can be quite noisy. And it's not about fun, but about the roar of suitcases, cabinets and other things. Also, if a group of German teenagers rented out their rooms, and they have a bus in the evening, then the whole day the hall will look like a haven for vagrants, where all the empty seats are occupied by sleeping teenagers. 6. Cleaning. I say right away - I left a tip, I was not rude to anyone in the hotel, and in general, and especially abroad, I behave decently. For all two weeks in our room they did not replace the used soap and shampoo. I have never met this one anywhere. Sometimes coming to the room at 15-00, I was faced with the fact that the room was not cleaned. I suspect it's because of the constant moving in/out of teen groups, but I don't think it should be my problem. But the cleaners fly into the room at the same time as their first knock, along with their lack of knowledge of Russian / English, it can be very difficult to wrap yourself in a sheet or towel to explain to them that they are not necessary. A couple of times, right in this form, they tried to send me to the corridor to wait for 15 minutes....7. Number. Very small and cramped, small uncomfortable balcony, shabby look of the furniture and the room itself. 2 out of 3 outlets were broken. TV did not show anything, though it was not needed. 8. Russian speaking staff. Normal, adequate women. 2 waitresses - Russians and 1 Polish or Baltic (twice in two weeks I saw at the reception). In general, it has never been a problem for me to do without Russian staff, but since their specialization is not reception, there is not much sense in solving everyday problems in them. Therefore, do not focus on this item when choosing a hotel. 9. Pools…. Saw only one of them from the balcony. It is unlikely that this is called a pool, rather a decent-sized bathtub 2x2 meters, looks miserable. 10. Location. In the direction of the beach, it is convenient to go downhill. You can walk in 10 minutes. But from the beach - go up the hill. When it's hot, it's not the most pleasant thing to do. 11. Refrigerator. It's not in the room! You can take for a fee 5 or 10 euros per day. The refrigerator is very poor, the shelves are only on the doors. The size of the shelves is strange - cans and bottles do not fit there. 12. Safe. As in many places - for the money. You are given a lock, key and receipt. They take a deposit. The first time I was refused to return the deposit without a receipt. 13. Reception. If you need to ask something there or take the key, but the receptionist is busy with something, then you will have to wait for him for several minutes, and nothing else. 14. Internet. Only in the lobby, the rooms do not catch the network. But the ants, which some people talk about, were not in our room. ))

No animation, rarely a disco. There are two pools, one knee-deep, the other waist-deep, small paddling pools for children. Relatively quiet outside. To the sea down from a small hill 5 minutes, to the main street with all the clubs for 10 minutes. The beach is sandy, coarse sand. Everything is near!!! ! but the hotel is quiet. The location is good, but a 4 star hotel could be better. Wouldn't return to it again, but there was no negative left.
