The service is good, since we went on an excursion we had to move breakfast to lunch - this was done without any problems. On the territory there was a swimming pool, mini golf. There was animation, but we spent a lot of time on the beach, so we didn’t participate in it, we weren’t interested. There was no refrigerator in the room, but this is probably a feature of the ECONOMY room), there were no hooks in the bathroom, it seemed to be such a trifle, but it was noticeable, since there was nowhere to hang a towel or things. We went on an excursion from the tour operator ANEX TOUR to Barcelona, we didn’t really like it, everything was galloping, there was little time, we left at 12.00, and also returned at 12.00. For 40 minutes we stood and waited for a tour near the Sagrada Familia, this time could be spent walking around the city, and we just waited. . . The food at the hotel is very decent rich buffet. I strongly advise you to take dinner ---- in Spain for 10 euros per person, only fast food and a drink. For dinner (at least for us) drinks were not included, in the canteen bar 1 glass of water costs 2 euros, but we bought juice in the store 1.5-2 liters for 1-2 euros and just brought dinner with us for 2 weeks no one in the hotel did not say a word against. For lunch, we took lidl gazpacho + bread + sauce + jamon + cheese + wine + juice for four 10-15 euros in the supermarket. We are so prepared for this vacation. Raised funds to go to Spain.
The flight and transfer from Barcelona to the hotel was not easy. And immediately at the reception - two bags were stolen from me (I was distracted by a child). In which there was almost everything acquired by overwork. Moreover, the bags were right under the CCTV camera, and for some reason my husband and other settlers were moved to the other side of the reception (it is clear that the hotel staff was involved in this). No one even tried to look at something... Immediately everyone pretended that they did not know Russian (then I came up for an additional key and tried to explain in Spanish, but they interrupted me and asked me to speak Russian). Well, they told me to go to the police, and there was the same crowd with the same problems.
Settled in a room where there was a toilet, well, a very old model, I have not seen such anywhere. Half full of water. . . and it barely washed off. We (me, husband and child) were settled under a bar in which karaoke dances began in the evening. In the morning we were already moved to another room with a sea view. The food is disgusting, and the group that arrived later managed to build unimaginable lines for food. There is nothing to feed the child!!!
From entertainment for children - an iron slide with plastic inclusions. And there were animators who dealt exclusively with French-speaking children, the rest sucked! They didn’t even pay attention to ours and took away the paints at the time when they closed, although we asked to leave everything at the reception.
Housekeeping is disgusting!
I do not know Spanish well, but at a primitive level, communication is enough. And just like that, a waiter comes up to us, steals a plate of food from my girlfriend and says in Spanish SMILING "LIKE A PIG!! ! but the moral damage was much more offensive).
There weren't enough sun beds around the pool.
