Beverly Playa is located next to one of the best beaches in the Paguera resort area, surrounded by pine groves, in a lively area near the center of the resort. The hotel was built in 1973, the last renovation was carried out in 2017. This option is suitable for both families and couples.More →

The room we had was not great, it was neat, but it was not the newest room they have in the hotel. The area is very steep, because the beach is on the first line. There were other beaches nearby, which we also visited. There is a bus stop next to the hotel where you can take a bus and go on excursions or to the city. There were various entertainments, swimming pools, jacuzzi, but we spent more than an hour on the beach. As for the service, everything was very clear, the room is very well cleaned, and do it only when there are no tourists in the room.
The staff is not intrusive, the hotel has different services, for example, it is very convenient on the day of departure, when the room is already home, you can use these services and leave things, such as in the cell, take a shower and eat.

We took a superior room. Room after renovation. Service is good. They took breakfast and dinner. The menu is varied. Excellent location of the hotel. The town of Paguera is very pleasant, clean, cozy. Easy to get to Palma. It is noisy around the pool, German and English tourists like to relax there.

Therefore, Russian speech was not heard. Everything is very quiet. The rooms are modest, but we only spent the night, the only one. minus no fridge. Everything worked, cleaned well. The food is excellent, we took only breakfast and dinner, and did not want to have lunch. There were seafood, and fish, and meat, and everything was in sufficient quantity. Watermelons, melons, pineapples, peaches, pears, apples, oranges, etc. There are no drinks for dinner only for money. After June 1, the contingent changed dramatically, children appeared, the elderly Germans disappeared, Russian speech was occasionally heard, and Slovaks appeared. The hotel became crowded, there was a queue in the restaurant. The hotel is right on the beach, the sea is warm. On the beach sun loungers are paid at the bass. free, so they sunbathed by the pool, and swam in the sea, everything is nearby. I liked everything very much both the hotel and Paguera. We went by rental car 30 euros per day,
have not traveled even a tenth of everything interesting and beautiful. Very beautiful, mountains, rocks, bays, pine trees, embankment. really want to go back

This is the most important thing you should consider if you are going to choose this hotel. I'll tell you more. The hotel is barely 3*. It seems that the tourists who put fours and fives have never seen normal European 3 * hotels. I often travel by bus tours in Europe with accommodation in 2 * -3 *, and, believe me, I have something to compare with. The hotel itself looks very, very shabby. The plywood with which the corridors are upholstered is broken in places, crawled out of the grooves in places, the carpet is worn to holes. The furniture in the hall smells of naphthalene, I disdained to sit on it in a short sundress. The room also had a strong smell of mothballs. Only one socket was found, and that one was in the bathroom, the TV was plugged into the second one. And it's all! How we had to simultaneously charge 2 phones and a camera (the minimum set of a tourist !!! ) is not clear. . . There was a large hole in the false ceiling in the bathroom right above the bath itself, it was very uncomfortable to take a shower under the hole. Water is a different story. Regardless of which faucet you turn on, it will flow the way it wants, and it’s not a fact that you will wait for hot water. . . The food was terrible. If at the very least it was possible to endure it for a week, then in the second week it simply turned me back, and not only me. I myself saw how many people took food, and then, after tasting, they gave it to the waiters, because it was completely impossible to eat. Meat hotel chefs do not know how to cook in any form, only in vain they translate it. Neither the chops nor the stew were inedible. Either a lot of veins, or a lot of fat, or rubbery meat. The fish was decent only once. The rest of the cooking options were either with a million bones or also inedible. The thing that struck me the most was the puree. At first I was delighted, I thought, at least we will eat something tasty, dear. Scooping up the puree with a spoon, I tried for a long time to scrape it onto a plate, it was so rubbery that it turned out to be very problematic, it tasted no less rubbery and with a lot of black pepper. In general, it was impossible to eat it. The choice of pastries was more than modest, and pastries purchased from packages. For some reason, paella is always with pasta. It's probably a chef's thing. . . Tomatoes were always cut with butts, it was possible to poke around in a large plate for a very long time before you find decently chopped tomatoes. Soups, and absolutely everything, were some kind of salted slurry. It was possible to eat only the so-called "minestrone" - also slurry, but tastier and with pasta. In general, it is very noticeable how what is left from breakfast is processed into dishes for dinner. From the remnants of paella, which almost no one took, they cooked soup, and they called it chicken soup, although shrimps and mussels frankly floated there, and there was not even a smell of chicken. The next morning, hot sandwiches were made from wind-cheese cheese and ham left over from breakfast the next morning. Ham was added to other hot dishes, and they liked to add cookies to mousses and cakes. The bread got moldy several times. Most importantly, all dishes were with the same aftertaste. I don't know if these spices are special. . . Believe me, I eat almost everything, but there was simply nothing to choose from. There seems to be a lot of food, but everything is inedible and every day is almost the same. By the end of the second week, and the only edible pasta is already boring. Two years ago I was vacationing on the Costa Brava. We had a 3 * hotel, in my opinion, Copacobana, it was called or something like that. People, this is what they fed, better than even at home. Everything was appetizing and most importantly delicious. I wanted to try everything, everything: hot, and desserts, and cold appetizers. Stopped only the limited capacity of the stomach. So the chef from Beverly is a solid 2 with a minus. Can't cook. And now about the main thing. In the very first days, they climbed into our room, rummaged through all the things, opened one of the suitcases with my own manicure tweezers, which they took with them. Probably, in Mallorca there is a shortage of manicure supplies. . . When I went to complain to the reception, two elderly receptionist uncles just shrugged and said that it was our own fault, they say, they didn’t close the door. The hotel manager turned out to be just as “responsive”, he said that if something was stolen from you, then go to the police, write a statement, because in “normal” countries, such as England and Germany, there are special insurances that will cover the damage . Goodbye, madam. And it's all. At what she herself saw, when the Germans approached the reception, the receptionists immediately came to life and began to chat smartly in German, as a result, the Germans immediately received answers to all their questions and requests. Complete discrimination of tourists on a national basis. Believe me, the Russians behave there with dignity, this is a quiet family resort, not a youth resort, so no one demonstrates booze, fights and rudeness there. By the way, be prepared that 90% of Germans rest at the resort, mostly families with children. In Spain you will only be geographically. German speech is constantly on the beach, mixed with children's screams, which are constantly yelled from all sides. All cafe-bars-restaurants have a menu in German, with English they are not particularly welcome there. It's the same in stores. Therefore, if you do not speak German, get ready to feel some inferiority on a national basis. Comrades Spaniards, even in their native language, are not as willing and friendly as they are in German. By the way, these vaunted German pedants, probably only in Germany are fighting for cleanliness, on the beach every day I saw how representatives of this nation threw cigarette butts right on the sand and left them where the glasses lay, bottles from drinks, although the urns there was a lot on the beach and everything was in prominent places. Hence the question, why are only us Russians considered pigs and alcoholics, if we ourselves are no better? The only plus of the hotel is a good sandy beach and the sea, by the way, is not always clean. Sometimes the surf brought this.... But for the sake of a good beach alone, it’s not worth going so far, the same beaches are even better to eat, for example, in the same Cyprus (the food is not very good there either, but the hotels are better, the flight is shorter and the ticket is cheaper). There is also nothing special to see on the island, if you are not the first time abroad, the most ordinary mountains, mountain villages, monasteries, plains, estates. I just liked the caves. . . Palma is also some kind of strange city, and not to say that it is beautiful, the most ordinary in general. Many streets, not the most picturesque, crowds of tourists who run through sales. A beautiful view of the city and the sea opens from the observation deck of the fortress (Belvedere or Belver is called, I don’t remember exactly). It is interesting to walk around the Spanish countryside. This is an ethnic museum, which contains the best characteristic buildings from all over Spain. Finally, a few words about Tez-Tour. In terms of organization, everything was good and on time, but the staff was somehow lethargic, as if they were forced to accompany tourists to the airport with a stick and answer their idiotic questions about tax-free and other formalities. I had a little problem at the airport during check-in for a flight. I called the tezturovets to help me explain to the lady registrar, because I don’t speak Spanish at all, help followed slowly and without enthusiasm, as a result, the lady and I ourselves came to an understanding with the help of our native English. Such pessimism and apathy somehow do not fit at all with the work of a guide. This, of course, is my subjective opinion, but I am an experienced tourist and, believe me, I have something to compare with. Good luck!

The hotel is not renovated, now part of it is closed for repair, it would be better to make it brighter. Inside, everything is fine, the rooms are small, there is no refrigerator and safe. They clean well. The food is excellent, a variety of food for breakfast and dinner. A lot of meat - stew, baked, everything is very tasty, a lot of fruit. Feeding at a 4 star hotel pulls.
Location - many shops, cafes. But there are few people sitting there in the evenings, mostly - after a hearty dinner - you have to shake yourself - on the promenade.
Excursions are also interesting, Cape Formentor, Sightseeing, Valldemos. You can go to Palma by yourself - 30 minutes and there. Very beautiful city!
I liked the Tez tour - everything is clear, with attention, thanks : )

neat, clean rooms. in principle, for a 3-star is quite normal. In general, being picky and unpretentious, I can say that a normal hotel, polite staff, excellent rooms with sea views, and from the hotel itself to the sea, a maximum of 5 minutes walk.
Go on vacation to Mallorca, nature of extraordinary beauty! Just a fairy tale!

Good afternoon! Who used public transport, please share. I read that there are cards for 10 trips, for 20 and 40. Can a foreigner buy a card for 20 trips for intercity buses, or is it only for locals? How much does it cost ? In the city of Palma, it probably no longer operates? Another question about transfers. There's probably a time of action there, so that you can change to another bus? How much is that.

Good afternoon! Maybe someone was recently in Santa Ponsa. How much do tours cost from tour operators and street agencies (if any)? We don't want to rent a car. How realistic is it to walk to Magaluf?

Can you please tell me if there is any Internet in this hotel? I don’t know how it is in other countries and resorts, but in Mallorca on the websites of tour operators they don’t write anything about the Internet. Thanks in advance.
