It should be noted that the hotel staff did not immediately move us out of this room. I do not want to describe all the negative emotions that we experienced, but of course I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice quiet hotel with no frills. In the room (standard 2-bed): built-in wardrobe, 2 beds with completely flat pillows (! ), 2 bedside tables (one of them has a telephone), a table with a mirror, an armchair, TV (no Russian channel) . The light in the room is provided only in the form of 3 sconces on the wall, there is no large ceiling lamp, a sort of "intimacy" in the evenings.

In the room (standard 2-bed): built-in wardrobe, 2 beds with completely flat pillows (! ), 2 bedside tables (one of them has a telephone), a table with a mirror, an armchair, TV (no Russian channel) . The light in the room is provided only in the form of 3 sconces on the wall, there is no large ceiling lamp, a sort of "intimacy" in the evenings. There is a safe, but you have to pay. There is no refrigerator. The bathroom is quite decent, with serviceable plumbing (bath with shower, toilet, bidet, sink with a large shelf and mirror, hair dryer), but very few towel racks. From the balconies of all rooms there is a view of the sea and the pool at the same time. You can dry things on the balcony by stretching out your ropes with clothespins (otherwise everything will be blown away by the wind! ). There are 2 elevators on the floor. Meals were breakfast and dinner. Breakfasts are the same every day, but you can always choose something (I doubt that someone at home has more varied breakfasts), and dinners, as always, are plentiful and for different tastes. No one went hungry! The staff is responsive and friendly, but only Yolanda and the bartender in the cafe opposite speak Russian at the reception (a little bit). Others - Spanish, German, English. The pool area is nice (it looks much bigger in the photo than it really is). Entertainment in the evenings in German and more like something for the elderly. But there was one evening a concert of flamenco dancers, everyone liked it very much. The location of the hotel is very convenient - a few minutes from the sea, and a bus stop to Palma (about 20 minutes to go) and to Arenal nearby. The airport is very close, but you can't hear the planes. you just see. how they take off every 15 minutes. Beautiful! The most important thing in the rest is a positive attitude and not to pay attention to the small disadvantages that sometimes occur!
