So, I'll try to be objective.
The HSM Madrigal hotel, in my opinion, falls short of 4 * in at least two positions - food and rooms.
We were settled in a standard room, two single beds moved together - this is for parents, and! they put the same third for the child! Closely! The child slept between us, but if it were on the edge, it would not change much, if the room was larger, 1 bed could be placed separately, but alas! For myself, even before the trip, I decided not to bother too much, so I turned a blind eye to this, we didn’t come to the room, but to the sea! Cleanliness in the room - you can’t say that it’s dirty, they cleaned it every day, but it doesn’t sparkle with cleanliness, the plumbing doesn’t wash out properly, maybe they don’t know what Silit Bang is for example?
The bathroom, for example, should have been changed 2 years ago. Towels are changed if they are thrown on the floor, but no matter how many times they change - out of three towels, one or two are gray, washed out, it's time to throw them away.
Nutrition. For us, this was a very important moment, because the child has allergies, we were told that the restaurant has a diet table, but, if you do not take into account cereals and yogurts, then it simply does not exist. In the hotel, as in the whole of Paguera, 80 percent of vacationers are Germans, and everything, including food, is geared towards them. Every morning - egg dishes, a week later it seemed that we would soon start crowing, sausage, ham, cheeses, yogurts, cereals, bread. Cooking is not tasty, for 2 weeks there were only a few dishes that I liked. There were 3-4 types of cheese, but all of our cheapest types, there was also Gorgonzola cheese, but the taste was something remotely reminiscent of it. Lots of fish, potatoes, but all overcooked. Wine, bread, delicious.
Soups are mostly puree, but not tasty, a lot of salads with mayonnaise, I even saw crab sticks and Olivier type without meat. In general, you will not stay hungry, but there is no pleasure from eating.
Animation in German, the child tried to join the game with German children, the animator said Rusish and made a gesture with her hand, like, go for a walk. True, by the end we managed to find a common language with both the animator and the children, even without knowing the language, and when the Russian families arrived, there was also a company for games.
I would like to thank Bogdan at the reception, he will always prompt and help, as well as the bartender Tony, a very positive person.
It takes about five minutes to go to the sea, the sea exceeded all expectations, the water is very warm, clear, fish swim right off the coast, the beach is fine sand, clean, 2 sunbeds and an umbrella for a day 13.5 euros, we paid in the morning, then left towels and came in the evening, many carried umbrellas and towels with them, also an option.
Sunset in the sea is ideal for kids - 20 meters to the knee. Regarding the climate - for ten days the humidity was about 100 percent, at 7 in the morning you are already sweating, the last few days the breeze blew and it became just great, I didn’t understand whether we got into the very peak of heat and humidity, or whether it’s like that in general August.
Tours. We rented a car for 2 days, Mallorca is beautiful! Were in Valldemossa, Kathmandu, the Aquarium, in the Cathedral - a lot of impressions, I advise everyone.
In general, I would like to return to Mallorca again, but to a different hotel.

In Spain, we rested with my mother for the first time, for a long time I chose the area: Arenal or Magaluf. I read reviews that the areas are very restless, but I wanted to take a break from the noise, people and just sleep! And then suddenly I read about Paguera. I did not regret it, the hotel is located on a quiet street, not far from the central boulevard, where life was seething and seething.

Towels (white! ) were changed every day, but the cleaning of the room was not of very high quality. The hotel staff is very smiling and friendly, well done!
And now about nutrition. Breakfasts were monotonous, but always fresh and hot, a huge selection of pastries and desserts, and very tasty champagne! But dinners pleased with a large selection of salads, fish, seafood and meat! The hotel rested mainly German couples, without children, very few Russians, which I especially liked!
The road to the beach took literally 5 minutes, but it was even good. The only drawback is that you had to cross 2 busy roads, past bus stops 102.104, which can take you to Palma.
