We were in Odessa in the summer, we stayed at the Osobnyak hotel. The food is tasteless, cockroaches run around the rooms, and no one wants to fight it. The food is tasteless, cockroaches run around the rooms, and no one wants to fight it. There were constant problems with the light, then it was not there, then the voltage was bad, and because of this, the fan, refrigerator and TV did not work. Choking from the heat and had to sleep with the door open!
And the linen is dilapidated, the bed is a little alive and the mattresses are sagging.
In general, the only thing that saved us was that we were constantly at sea, and we only came here to spend the night.
Didn't like it too expensive for such conditions…

Were in May 2012, a day. The hotel is excellent. I like everything to be beautiful. There really is. There are some downsides, but there are more upsides in my opinion. Modern design, in the courtyard of the hotel there is a mini-fountain with various sculptures and greenery. The staff is friendly and helpful, which makes me very happy.

You rarely see this in Ukraine. The room is chic (business with two rooms), there is hot water. I don’t say anything about the sauna - there are moldings everywhere, leather sofas, it’s very beautiful.
The beach is not far, 10-15 minutes walk. Far from the center, good for relaxing with the family, probably, but we (3 girls) were bored.
To the center by minibus 15-20 minutes.
The only negative is that in the evening and at night, according to our observations, there was no security (the hotel is located in a park, you need to walk to the road and shops, about two minutes). Perhaps the reception has a "red" button, but we did not see the security guard with our own eyes and the reception mentioned that there were no male staff in the hotel (there was not that day).
Overall, I would love to go there again!

The rooms have wretched creaky beds, single beds shifted, creaky doors, a refrigerator that works so that you can hear it outside.

Why the hell do I need your drinks at scrap prices, if I went to Natalka every day and bought everything at normal prices! He spat and gave these 26 hryvnias.... Let them treat themselves to chocolates. . . I don't feel sorry! So judge for yourself whether to relax in the "Mansion" or not... .
