Hotel security needs to be improved. The reason is simple - during our stay in the hotel we were robbed. Someone came into the room in the morning and emptied the wallet. The administration was notified of the incident, a report was written at the police station. The reaction of the administration to what happened, after two weeks - zero!!! We wrote two messages to the hotel asking them to inform us about the results of the promised internal investigation.

Hotel in a beautiful park (even with a zoo). Spacious room with large balcony and very small bathroom. Cleaning, change of towels - ok. The minibar is expensive: you can buy water in a shop in the foyer near the entrance to the SPA. (We lived in a newer building). Breakfast and dinner are quite adequate. 3 dinners were in Grande (for 2 weeks): they were worse.

Good masseurs: from women - No. 42 (Tunde! Respect and gratitude! ) Many elderly people and full of Russians. To the city center - by bus number 26 -15 min. and 700 forints round trip for one, at the hotel it is more profitable to buy tickets for 200 forints. Wifi is good on floor "0" (where is the reception). Loved the private tours.
