We were here for 3 weeks. We have been to many places, but this hotel disappointed us. Everything is the same in terms of food and entertainment. Room service is a separate issue!

Check-in at 15:00 local time. We arrived at 11. But we immediately put on the bracelets and we went to the beach and immediately dined at the beach restaurant. The rooms have bars with one-liter bottles of tequila, rum, gin and vodka.

Although the hotel is new... in the shower there is a broken holder for a watering can (that is, a watering can can only be held in hands... it will not be possible to set it to a certain height ((((there are not enough shelves in the closet to spread things out!

I stayed in this hotel with my husband from 05/13/2021. to 20.05. 2021 The hotel is 18+, the area is small but nice. The rooms are in need of refurbishment, although overall not bad.

Overall good, but not for a beach holiday

Rooms are spacious, beautiful interior. Breakfast - buffet. Due to covid, cleaning is 1 time in 3 days and not very high quality. The beach is more than 1 km away.

Settled quickly, without problems and hints of a tip for the room. Upon check-in at all hotels in Mexico, an environmental fee is charged (for 7 days of stay they paid about 200 UAH), you can pay by credit card.

If you want to get a spoiled vacation, a boorish attitude from the hotel staff, a poor breakfast, sunbathing on a towel, not on a deck chair, champagne diluted with moonshine instead of whiskey - almond nonsense, a vacation filled with someone else's stupidity, THEN YOU ARE IN SANDOS CANCUN !

There were quite a few shortcomings. Pretty specific location for the hotel. There are few hotels and no other infrastructure, although the place is very beautiful. This is a new hotel, everything is beautiful here.
