The hotel is excellent with the exception of minor flaws, we were very pleased with the rest.
Family vacation at Novotel Palm in December. There were three of us - my wife and I and a child of 7 years. We arrived at 8 in the morning, we were settled at about 9-30, and instead of a standard room, they settled us in a family room with a separate children's room.

Many thanks to the manager of the Kataleya travel agency for the excellent service and the chic selection of the tour, and to the hotel for the good-natured welcome and a great vacation.
