The hotel is excellent with the exception of minor flaws, we were very pleased with the rest.
Family vacation at Novotel Palm in December. There were three of us - my wife and I and a child of 7 years. We arrived at 8 in the morning, we were settled at about 9-30, and instead of a standard room, they settled us in a family room with a separate children's room.
