I'll start from the very beginning. We rested from 20 to 27.09. 18. We arrived at the hotel around 9-00, checked in, immediately put on bracelets and said that we had to wait.

The hotel is not bad, but there are cons and a lot!
We arrived at the hotel at about 11 o'clock in the morning, at the reception (after reading the reviews) they gave $ 10 and asked to be placed in a good room. Because according to the rules, check-in is from 14-00, prepared to wait.
