To begin with, even though the Cesars Palms hotel is designated as 4 *, you will have to rest (and this is without options : ) in a 5 * hotel. For Cesars Palms has neither its own beach nor its own pool or even a reception - Cesars Palms is just a separate "sleeping" building.
