The beach where I was happy
In Hikkaduwa you can find beaches for every taste. There is a calm lagoon with turtles. There are also endless beaches with huge waves for surfers. Remains of a coral reef destroyed by the tsunami.

Interesting beach

Getting here is not so easy, not even all the locals know the way. We succeeded only the second time. You can, of course, by tuk-tuk or taxi, but we are not looking for easy ways.

Relatively sparsely populated
Patnem can be reached on foot from Palolem via Colomb Beach. A very pleasant walk. Regarding Palolem, here is a desert. This is good. But not so beautiful either. In general, not particularly impressed.

We knew for a long time that there are ruins on the mountain. But they found them only the third time. From the side of Sudak, it will be much easier to do this than from the side of the New World.

Is this the same canyon?
And it was like that. We really wanted to go on an excursion to the Colored Canyon. But the hotel guide, from whom we originally planned to take a tour, said that at the moment this is not possible, since it had recently rained and the road was washed out.

Relaxed and interesting
We traveled to Ras Mohammed by bus from a local travel agency. I liked the tour. It takes half a day and leaves a lot of positive emotions. Recommend.

Beautiful!
Spring! I want to walk, not work. I did so. I went to Seaside Park. I knew that there was a mosque there, but I never came close to it. But in vain! It turned out that it was completely made of white marble - the building itself, and the minaret, and fountains and benches-tables.

Interesting for climbers
The cleft is located, indeed, above the highway itself, very close. However, we missed and went too far, but I have no regrets - wandered through the forest, climbed rocks, breathed fresh air and even saw a couple of roe deer!

Instead of a ferris wheel
I climbed this cable car twice. On our first visit to Yalta, we found a huge statue of Neptune or Poseidon at the top. It seems that there was a nightclub with that name.
