Все было хорошо, пока платили деньги
Пока оплачивали перелет и отель, все были милыми и услужливыми. По прилету нам 3-им взрослым дали номер на 2-их. Третьему пришлось спать на полу. В договоре было четко прописано экстра-бед, и обещалась доп.

1. Everything is very organized and well-coordinated. If there are any failures due to unforeseen circumstances, everything is sorted out as best as possible. 2. All wishes of customers are taken into account, and the nuances are negotiated in advance. This is a rarity among travel agencies, when when buying one thing, but in fact another. This has never happened here! We went 3 times ourselves, and friends hooked up.

Bathroom for gnomes and breakfast in the Soviet style
We were in this hotel in May, booked by a travel agency and, unfortunately, there were no other options. It was also not possible to change the number to another one - everything was packed.

Більше до них не звертатимемось, і не порадимо іншим
Брали екскурсійний тур на травневі 2014. Єдиний плюс цього відпочинку був готель- Унгварський. Хоча далеко від основної групи і центру міста, але сніданки були смачні і входили у вартість, та сам готель сподобався.

Great cottage, but the infrastructure of Tatariv itself leaves much to be desired
Magura itself is located in a very picturesque place - the Carpathians, fresh air, near the river, not far from the Bukovelny routes. The owner turned out to be very positive and hospitable.

All liked it
We took a cruise from Barcelona on the Mediterranean in June 2014. We paid for an inner cabin, the most inexpensive one, but a suite with a balcony fell out!) Manager Oksana explained everything well and helped to deal with org issues (for the first time on a cruise), with the choice of an inexpensive tour, but the ship was simply gorgeous - Costa Serena (there is information about it on the net).
