I loved to know (as a class, not as a verb) it is very convenient to get settled! Well, they did not want to walk in the rain! So there was such a beauty as the Zwinger. You can also walk from museum to museum without going out under the Dresden rain.
I won't call this place #1 in Germany because Germany is big and diverse. There is a Museum Island in Berlin, there is the Alte Pinakothek in Munich and much more, BUT I consider visiting the Dresden Old Masters Gallery a must.
I really liked it! Keep in mind that I'm not a shopaholic at all. I love watches and GLOVES. Sit down to drink coffee or eat chocolate among branded boutiques, even if you are not going to buy anything, it's just a great pleasure!
The royal palace seemed large, empty and boring. It is obvious that the king does not even live there at all, although the Royal Standard on the flagpole was developed. But the square in front of the palace is actively used for mass celebrations of the townspeople.
You will definitely not pass by this monument because of its location. For me, he is a symbol of tolerance in Europe, and in Belgium even more so. I won’t delve into history especially, whoever is interested will read about Brabant and about the Spanish occupation.
