At the level of other averages, or even a little higher
In general, everything is fine. There were no delays on flights (they flew through AZUR), transfers were clear and fast, they provided only the most necessary information, without scary tales. Excursions, like everyone else: shops with kickbacks, restaurants with their own tables, to the extent of divorce, to the extent of assertiveness. Not pushed away - this is a plus.

With your own money, and not a lira higher!
Reading the reviews before the trip, I didn’t understand why they deteriorated so much in the last year, I’ll try to figure it out upon my return. 1. Keep in mind right away, this is NOT a FOUR!

The lowest prices and the same quality
Of all the options on the market, they provided the best offer for the tour. But! The quality of the services provided is very low. The hotel was definitely not inspected, otherwise, an adequate tour operator would not use its services. Involved guides, neither fish nor meat, during excursions instead of historical facts, tell where you can buy something and take it to shops where they receive kickbacks.

Worst hotel I have ever seen
The hotel is located on the highest street of Ayia Napa, only the church and the school are above it.
