far from the sea
The main disadvantage is far from the sea. Nothing on the map, it seems. BUT, it's actually a 25 minute drive one way. Beaches 2: coral and sandy. Ride is the same. Buses run every hour.

The hotel is not up to the declared "good 4-ku". It seems that it was built recently, but it needs a good repair, the furniture is old, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired.

Probably, the sea is the thing that smooths out all the errors of the hotel and its staff. The rooms are quite tolerable: air conditioning with a modern control system, TV (only 2 Russian channels), a sane safe with a combination lock (!
