They don't care about their tourists at all.
Having flown for 12 hours, I wanted to relax, take a shower, but in return a very "fun" holiday began. We sat at the reception for 8 hours!!!! Arguing this by the fact that check-in is at 16.00 (and we arrived at 8.00), and our room is not ready yet and wait for 16.00. This is, of course, a shortcoming of the PEGASA tour operator, since the time of arrival and check-in is inconsistent, but more on that later.
