The most inexpensive travel agency in Ukraine, a claim against their counterparties in Egypt
I have been using Join Up services for a long time and regularly. Everything always went well with them. But their contractors (Sun Travel, in my opinion) made a fool of themselves, for which they will now receive a pendel from me :) Bottom line: For the whole week of rest at the hotel, the local guide never bothered to tell us about the date and time of the return transfer to the airport.

The hotel tries to keep the brand
Arrived with family at 5:00 am. We paid $30 extra and at 6-30 in the morning we were settled in room No. 4125 (first floor, family). The room is not dead, everything is clean, everything works.

Excellent beach hotel
My family has chosen NOVOTEL beach hotels in Egypt for a long time. We go to them often and never regretted our choice. So this summer, in the troubled times of total covid-psychosis, we heroically rushed to Sharm el-Sheikh.

The hotel is excellent. wi-fi-bad
Last winter, in 2019, I was vacationing with my family at Novotel Marsa Alam 5*. I really enjoyed that vacation. This winter, my wife and I decided to go closer to Novotel Sharm El Sheikh Palm 5*.

The hotel is great
The hotel is brand new. The furniture, TV, plumbing are modern. There are no cockroaches and other rubbish. The cleanliness on the territory and in the rooms is fantastic.

Almost a good company
The company is like a company. They worked fine. With the exception of two points: 1. We moved the departure time from Kyiv to Hurghada. For 5 hours, thus devouring half a day of my rest. 2. Their counterparties are crappy on the Egyptian side. Some zhevzhiks are cheap, not guides. called "Cafe" Mercury ", drink real coffee. And fucking aromatic oils soared hard all the way.
