Expectations are great, reality is terrible
We chose a hotel for a long-awaited vacation for a very long time (I think like each of us). We read a lot of reviews and, unfortunately, decided to stay on this one. Departure at 01:00, did not sleep all night, promised to settle at 11:00 - freezing, 12:00 - wait another hour.
