Very overrated hotel
We arrived at the hotel at 9.00, but settled us as expected after 14.00 closer to 15.00, subject to availability, but the rules are the rules, I am silent about humanity (business is business).

There are many questions for the host
The host manager never appeared at the hotel in seven days, only the next day after arrival he called us back and wrote a message about the time of departure from the hotel the day before departure. He is in Dubai and categorically refused to come to us. He wanted to sell us a Sightseeing tour to Dubai for $900!!! In the voucher we had 7 nights, in fact it turned out to be 5, according to Tui's managers, this is a mystery, the hotel turned out to have paid 6 nights, one of which was included in the payment for early check-in.

Excellent hotel!!!
The hotel was chosen based on reviews. We arrived at night at 2:00, settled quickly, although we bought an early check-in. The staff is friendly and helpful. We took all inclusive, not much more expensive from a full board but the benefits are huge.

Overall the hotel is good but not worth the price.
The hotel is not bad, a large well-groomed territory, the staff is very polite, the rooms are cleaned regularly. On food - upon arrival there was one chef, the food was excellent, then the chef changed and all the same dishes became disgusting.

Excellent hotel
The flight and transfer to the hotel went well. Settled a little long, offered to leave things and go to dinner while the rooms are being prepared. After dinner, the rooms were already ready and we were immediately settled, and strangely enough, but immediately in a good room.
