Short summary: Good hotel for a beach holiday if you choose the right room. If it were not for the shortcomings described below, lubricating the impression, it would be great.

I had to rush out of the hotel.
Brief summary: 2-star city hotel near the railway, in poor condition with terrible service. There is a suspicion that the mass of positive reviews on it is a paid marketing company - in Sri Lanka it is cheaper than renovating a hotel and organizing quality service in it.
