Holiday ruined
They stopped by for my birthday... even, at the airport they said "two words"... and here - a complete ignore... were with a child of 1.5 years, no indulgence (from 9 in the morning they waited until 14:00).

Holiday ruined
Traveled with a 2 year old. Due to a flight delay, we were brought to the hotel at 21:00 (the child fell asleep in her arms). There are people at the reception who don't speak English.
