Room with mold and stink hotel renovation and constantly knocking
We arrived at 3 am, the guide dropped off right on the road, there was no one at the reception after 25 minutes woke up. At 4:30 in the morning we tried to settle in a room with a double bed for three people, the air conditioner did not work.

Well rested!
We went with a child, everything was very pleasant except for the monotonous food. Strawberries were given only once, although now is the season. The animators (Mary, Sam and Kimo) worked well with the kids so the kids didn't get bored.

The worse hotel in Sharm El Sheikh
We stayed at the Raouf Hotel in April for 11 days and it was a very bad experience. The hotel is in no way a "5 star" hotel, more like a "2 star". The hotel ran out of food several times, plates and silverwear as well as beach towels and sun tanning space at the beach.

Horror never agree and do not believe that Raouf 2 * and they are not there!
The worst hotel ever! There is no food, no water, although they say that everything is inclusive... I was recommended this hotel by a representative of Alvona, to the question what problems can there be in this hotel?
