Quiet, comfortable hotel, good location
We arrived at the hotel at 9 pm, filled out all the documents, paid the tax, then managed to go to dinner. There is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, you could contact her with any questions.

Terrible hotel, would not recommend to anyone
We arrived at the hotel early at 7 am. There was a young boy at the reception who speaks neither Russian nor English. But, fortunately, that did not cause problems, he filled out the documents himself.

We arrived in the evening, filled out the documents at the reception, paid the tourist tax, then immediately went to dinner. First we were given a room with one bed, immediately went to the reception, explained the situation, and we were immediately changed to another.

Big area, nice beach
We were supposed to be placed at the Royal Park Hotel, but for unknown reasons, the voucher was issued for Royal Bay. First, we were settled in a room, the balcony of which overlooked an empty mountain, without any vegetation.

Convenient location, good hotel
Arrived in the evening, quickly settled. The room was nice, there was a fridge, mini-bar. The reception staff speaks both Russian and English. Wenceslas Square is about 15 minutes walk, there are shops and cafes near the hotel.

Comfortable and beautiful hotel in the mountains
A very good hotel for Romania, located in the mountains, great air, beautiful, well-groomed hotel grounds. There are various shops and cafes nearby. The hotel had dinner when we arrived, breakfast and lunch the next day.

Good hotel but far from the old town
The room is excellent, with new furniture, but there was no refrigerator. The buffet is good, but there were long queues and few seats in the restaurant. There are several shops near the hotel.

Good spa hotel, located near the Gulf of Finland, 15 minutes drive to the old town. Small rooms, but everything is clean and tidy, at a decent level. There was enough food for breakfast.

We arrived at the hotel in the morning, check-in was from 12-00. We waited in the lobby, connected the Internet for 1 euro per day. We checked in after 12-00, the room was spacious, in any case, there was enough space for two.
