Excellent hotel!
Rested in early February with my husband! Great hotel, everyone was happy! There is no deposit at the hotel, Wi-Fi is free! Works separately in the rooms, separately on the territory of the pool.

Hell, tears, bad food!!!
Rested from 19.08-25.08. 18. This is the worst hotel in my life! It's hell with shitty staff. Many thanks to INTOURIST AND THEIR USELESS GUIDE! Consumer Protection will take care of you.

It's time to change staff!
We flew from the company to the Dominican Republic on 27.11-06.12. We rested at Sirenis Punta Cana Resort Casino & Aquagames. Terrible company representatives are waiting for you there. Eugene and Olga are unfriendly, arrogant, with a boorish attitude. Ask yourself for help! We had a wedding on November 25, we sent all the documents to Aneks, they promised to meet us as newlyweds.

Disappointment...
I'll start with check-in. Check-in from 15:00. The rooms are dirty, the bath is rusty, the towels and bed linen are stained, the floor is dirty with fine grains of sand. Towels for two - 3 pcs.
