I read the previous reviews and I'm amazed! I'll tell it like it is, without exaggeration. Upon arrival, we were settled in the old building. I took a picture and made a video.
And so about the hotel! We arrived around 5 am. The airport sucks! Stuffiness, heat, lethargic and slow Africans.... Everything ran. Later we realized that this is such a local "African flavor".
People, it was not a vacation, but a daily war with the staff. Upon arrival, we were handed the keys to the handicapped room. Let me explain - instead of a shower there is a stool, a hose is nearby, there are handrails around the toilet, the thresholds are knocked down, the furniture is also scratch...
We liked everything: the hotel itself, the room, the food (super), the staff, the medical center, etc. True, if you really fight, then I would like the room to be cleaned better, since the quality of cleaning is very low.
We settled in very quickly. Deposit - 500 baht. The staff at the reception is very smiling, English-speaking (in Russian, no boom-boom). So, I will give you advice: when purchasing a tour, immediately book an apartment for yourself!
The hotel is clean, well maintained, renovated (at least in the part of the building where our room was). On our tour, the reservation was on the "City View (new)" room, overlooking the backyard of the hotel, or rather, the garbage disposal and waste disposal from the restaurant).
Well, I'll start! It is a pity that I made a mistake in choosing: the hotel is very dirty, unkempt, forgotten by God! By the way, on the day of arrival I had a DR, the administration didn’t even “blink their eyes”, although in other countries people are somehow congratulated!
