Disgusting tour operator
Never use their services. They violate the contract written by them, do not provide proper services, are rude, refuse to reimburse any compensation. They went with them to Egypt. We bought an all-inclusive package 5 * 1-line, and settled in a completely different hotel on 2 lines, smelly, old, dirty, not meeting any sanitary standards. They did not respond to requests for resettlement, they threatened .

Disgusting vacation. They can put you in a barn!
We went to the Hawaii Riviera Resort and Aqua Park 5 * hotel on the first line, and settled us in a barn on the second, which is called Club Aqua Park Resort 4 *. The vouchers include a 5* hotel.
