Went looking for a tour. Tatyana not only found a hotel that met my needs, but also rebooked to another one, located closer to the sea. She was constantly in touch, unobtrusively gave the necessary recommendations. I personally handed over the entire package of documents, registered for departure, chose seats. During the tour I was interested in how to relax.

The hotel is not bad, but there is work to be done.
1. Friendly staff, excellent sea, good food. 2. Disadvantages: protracted repairs, noisy. The music is so loud that it looks like the hotel is occupied by the hearing impaired.

Decent hotel.
The hotel corresponds to the declared 4 *: clean, comfortable, good food, excellent service, friendly staff. The disadvantages (lack of a bar on the beach, poor entrance to the sea) do not spoil the overall picture of the hotel.

Manager Irina Masyuk performed her work at a high professional level: she helped to find a tour at an affordable price, quickly completed the documents, clearly answered all questions, and showed herself to be a competent and responsible employee.
