We got the hotel as the "base" of the New Year's tour. From the pros - yes, it is located in the city center, near the shopping center, and the center of old Poprad, and not far from the Aquapark.

The hotel was chosen by the agency, but the choice is not bad. Far from the center - half an hour by bus, but a sleeping area, shops nearby. Spacious rooms - with a small kitchen - kettle, refrigerator.

Like many current clients, I bought into the past reputation of the company. It's good that I took a weekend tour to Poland, and not a big and long tour. Pros first. The agency on Artem has very pleasant and professional managers. The package of documents was prepared in such a way that it was even praised at the Visa Application Center. Another plus is nice cosmetic bags for documents.

sincere attitude, clear organization
I chose another tour, but it was not possible to assemble a group, we went "through Europe". It turned out a little tedious for 2 cities a day, but intense. What pleased - a good organization. And the documents were issued on time, and we managed to get a multivisa, and everything is clear in terms of settlement-settlement. Drivers are very kind and careful.

Just returned from Royalty, where we lived for almost a month. I confirm - the hotel is located in the center of old Alupka and next to the Vorontsov Palace. The view from the top terrace where the pool is is breathtaking!
