Stole the day without compensation
We bought a New Year's tour to Sharm, for the holidays prices increased by 200 dollars. Returning back, we were sent earlier by 16 hours. The day was stolen, they asked to be compensated upon arrival, the letter contained only regrets. Nobody compensated. We will no longer be using Join Up services.
