Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel area is very nice and green. If not for the reception, where they periodically try to divorce, and pretend that they do not understand you well. The food is good and varied. The staff is very friendly and polite, especially in bars, they mostly understand Russian. The rooms are clean and well maintained, although some of them smell a bit damp. Special thanks to our girls from TEZ Tuor, they try to solve any problems quickly and without problems, they are very polite and attentive. There are good shops on the territory of the hotel, prices are cheaper than in Alanya, so it makes no sense to go there for souvenirs. It is better to go on excursions with TEZ Tuor, air-conditioned buses, though about twice as expensive as if you take an excursion on the beach or in other places. If you buy from outside, they tell you very well, but in reality: buses without air conditioning, or something like broke down and therefore "we apologize, please be patient a little", and after the tour you can fit one small bus (a little more than a groove) and people go (people. 50, or even more), even the doors do not close, and the driver, like, does not understand Russian, until you specifically run into him. In general, it is clear why it is cheaper, free cheese is only in a mousetrap.
