We rested in Justiniano Club Alanya 08/06/2016-08/14/2016 as a family of six (three adults and three children). The last time I was in Turkey was 10 years ago in 2006 and this time I was reminded why I had not been there all this time. I have been to more than 20 countries, so I will try to objectively evaluate. Well, now everything is in order.
Operator. We flew via Pegas. The flight there was postponed a few hours later, the flight back was postponed a few hours earlier. Well, this is a standard practice for Pegasus, the fourth time we fly with them and every time this happens. Although they position that this issue is on the side of the airline, for some reason this was not the case when traveling through other operators.
Price. For a week tour we paid $2200

Airline. They flew there on AtlasGlobal (everything was beautiful, decent, fed), back to UIA (surprisingly clean, apparently one of the last planes of the airline, because the seats of a new design and a lot of space in front of the legs were not fed).
The airport. On arrival at Antalya Airport everything went well. The first time I met was when the plane was docked to the air bridge for passengers to get off, and then they went down to the bus. On departure full . . oops. We arrived at the airport at 4 am. (departure at 7:00). First, huge crowds for security checks, then kilometer-long queues at check-in counters, something completely unimaginable is going on at passport control. In the departure zone, as in Chinatown, the people are dark. The toilets are such that even the free public toilets in India are cleaner.
Tansfert. The road to / from the hotel takes 1.5-2 hours, depending on the number of hotels to be visited.
We arrived at the hotel at 20:30, so we didn’t have time for dinner, or rather we did, but there was nothing.
The hotel consists of many small three-storey buildings and one multi-storey building. We were given two adjoining rooms on the ground floor, just between the lobby and the restaurant, so that was convenient. The location had one minus - the road to the restaurant passing through the entire territory, along which trucks, garbage trucks constantly drive, rumble even at night. The rooms are neat, apparently with a fresh renovation, but in both rooms the bathrooms are trashed, and in one of them there is a stink in the evening (as described in other reviews), apparently something is wrong with the sewer knees.
Cleaned not every day, towels changed everything at every cleaning (left for tea).
It can be seen that the hotel is old. Even in the room where the operator's representatives hold meetings with tourists, the wallpaper hangs in pieces, peeled off the walls.
During our stay the hotel was full. Specially paid attention to the balconies, I did not see free ones. The contingent of vacationers is somewhere around 70% Ukraine, 15% Kazakhstan and a few others. By the way, at the airport I noticed that only for one hour 5 flights flew to Ukraine to different cities.

The full fullness of the hotel imposes its own characteristics on the rest. If you come to the beach at 8:00, then you will not find free sunbeds. On the first day, we flew by. Therefore, from the next day at six in the morning we occupied sunbeds with towels. Moreover, their number is clearly underestimated. We occupied three for six, a family of eleven people hung out next to us, they took five sunbeds for themselves, and so all the families. Most vacationers are families with children.
The hotel has a real problem with beach towels. Firstly, there is no practice to hand them over every day and take new ones the next day, because. where they were issued is not known. Everyone takes towels to their rooms and drys them on the balcony. Second, they keep disappearing. Due to the fact that everyone has to take sunbeds, towels are left unattended and periodically disappear from many. I met a friend at the hotel whose towel was “hanging down” and heard this more than once in a week. And given that the fine for “loss” is $10, guess what the conclusion suggests itself.
Dirty on the beach and near the pools, the staff does not bother to clean up promptly. It is clear that this is the fault of vacationers, but when there is a plate of leftovers on the sunbed for several days and no one removes it, then this is an indicator. I think that the staff should clean up the garbage from the very early morning, which is scattered after the evening "programs", but this is not done. Near the buildings there are tables where they put the dishes if they ate in the room. The dishes stay on them for several days.
Restaurant. The topic is separate. I don't understand why they are so lazy. Removed very badly. If someone has eaten, then the plates will be removed, and the crumbs and the dirty tablecloth will be left (no one will put new forks / knives). If something is spilled on the floor, at best they will put a “slippery” cone, but usually no one pays attention. Only when a woman turned up in front of me, they ran to pick her up and remove everything that flew out of her hands. The floor in the “restaurant” is so slippery that you feel like you are on a skating rink, apparently they don’t wash it with detergents, but simply wipe it. In high season, be prepared for a lack of tables and constant queues. Lines for scrambled eggs/pancakes and "toaster" in the morning, for meat dishes in the afternoon and in the evening. The choice for breakfast is quite poor, for lunch and dinner there are several types of potatoes, pasta and rice, a couple of types of meat. Sweets are not tasty at all. Fruits: watermelons, peaches, apples. Juices - diluted Mr. but because of which all the children were sprinkled. As the juices were excluded from the diet, the rash began to subside.

During the day, there is a "fast food" bar with fries and burgers. But in the interval from 16 to 19 you will not be able to eat anywhere at all. If you were on an excursion and were late for lunch, you will have to wait for dinner.
With the fact that families with children rest in the hotel, no one takes into account. In the evening, the music (if you can call it music) is terribly loud until 23:30-24:00, you had to go to bed with the balcony doors closed, but still very noisy. Personally, I could not sleep until this cannonade was over. In the application video / audio for clarity. Probably those who lived near the pool and the stage hung themselves.
I advise you to make all purchases at Alara Bazaar. Go for a maximum of 10 minutes. Exit the hotel, turn left and at the first turn right and through the underpass under the highway. There are 370 multidirectional stores. There are very good textiles (which are brought to Europe), there is, of course, outright consumer goods. Bargaining prices are very favorable compared to Kiev ones.
The sea is gorgeous, warm, clean. But it is very painful to enter because of the large pebbles. Children had to be brought in / carried out all the time. Due to constant waves, a strip of pebbles moves either ashore or into the water.
In general, the hotel corresponds to the four, but they need to do something with their staff. I have never seen such laziness and carelessness. Suitable for recreation, but probably not in the high season.
For myself, I decided not to go to hotels a la All inclusive with animation. Now only Europe and other quiet places without "animation".
Sorry, it hurt.
