We have already rested in Turkey several times, but the desire to leave a review arose after the last visit to Justiniano Club Alanya in August - September 2017.
For convenience, I have divided the comments of my stay into blocks, which, I hope, will help tourists to fully assess the prospects for a holiday on their own.
1. Territory.
The hotel itself is located on the first coastline and has a large green area. The hotel has a main building, a multi-storey building and many two-storey houses with 6 rooms each.
There are 5 outdoor pools, including those designed for children (with water slides) and toddlers (depth just below the knee). There is a small playground with swings and a sandbox.
The disadvantage of the large territory of the hotel is a very dense building. There was almost nowhere to walk.
2. Beach and sea.
Perhaps this is the only thing that does not cause complaints.

Small pebbles, sun loungers with mattresses and awnings that protect in the heat left only positive emotions.
Despite the large number of reclining places, it is necessary to occupy the most comfortable sun loungers in advance - at 6-7 o'clock (before breakfast), which we did.
The entrance to the sea is not very smooth - after a couple of steps (3-4 meters) the depth is no longer childish. Consider this fact if you are not swimming very much.
3. Rooms and service.
I will write my impression of the rooms and their cleaning using my own example (a room in a two-story house) and the families of friends who were vacationing in a multi-story building.
Rooms are standard, no frills: air conditioning, balcony, wardrobe, safe (additional charge), beds, TV, desk.
Room cleaning is superficial - wash the floor, change towels, remove garbage (obviously not for the "Revizorro" program). Once we were given a torn sheet.
For the quality of service, I give the following examples.
Example 1
Our friends requested a baby cot in the room.
When you check in, she was not in the room, I had to swear. The bed was brought, but it turned out to be in a completely indecent form - torn, in places with a rusted frame, without a mattress and a blanket. After we quarreled again, they brought another, normal bed.
Example 2
In our room for 4 people, one blanket and towel were missing. I also had to go find out. The problem was solved ....only 2 times. First they brought 2 blankets and a towel, then another towel. It seems to be trifles, but, damn it, somehow at the beginning of the vacation it started ugly.
Example 3
Due to circumstances, our friends needed to extend their stay in the room. I had to solve this issue after several attempts with different people from the hotel administration - someone said that it was impossible to extend the stay, then they said to come later, then they kind of agreed, but for big money ....Unpleasant.
4. Restaurant and food.
It's actually something special.

The first thing I pay attention to is an acute shortage of cutlery, especially forks and plates. It even got to the point that the crowd of vacationers were waiting for the code to be taken out or arguing with the waiters.
Further. The existing restaurant is clearly not designed for a large number of guests, which led to the fact that people could cruise for a very long time with full plates of food in search of a vacant table, however, a free table did not guarantee a relaxing pastime, since the plates and glasses left after eating were not removed by the waiters very promptly . I had to run and ask them to clear the table. At the same time, I draw your attention to the fact that if you do not ask separately, then the waiters will remove only dirty dishes from the table, calmly leaving the dirty table and the stained tablecloth.
In the last days of our stay, instead of normal plates, paper plates and plastic cutlery appeared in the restaurant!! ! !
Also, once we witnessed how the cats living at the hotel easily had breakfast with sausage directly from the plate of the absent tourist.
As for the food itself, it is also standard - nothing unusual. There were fruits and sweets, the food was normal, as well as incomprehensible salads, meat, etc. At the same time, none of us picked up any stomach upset, which they scare from the TV.
You can eat on the territory of the hotel, in principle, the whole day (as in other hotels where we have ever rested), only in different places. What you need to prepare for is limited seating and long queues (which I didn't expect to see at all), for example for tortillas at the beach bar.
The A la carte restaurant deserves special attention, the registration for which caused an unhealthy stir.
This is truly rare shit.
I ask everyone who has read my comment up to this point not to pay attention to all the other positive reviews of other tourists about this institution. I explain why.

Firstly, the registration in this restaurant is made 1 day before the planned date. That is, no one will ever sign up for this restaurant 2-3 days in advance. All the indignations of the existing system, which we had the opportunity to express, were defeated by a simple argument - "I do not decide anything, contact the hotel management. " Typical Russian bureaucratic approach!! ! !
In addition, the entry to the restaurant began strictly at 2-00 (this is according to their schedule). The queue, of course, already occupied at 1-30. On the day we signed up, there was a guy in front of us who was in line for an hour and he was already the fourth! ! !
The restaurant itself offered a choice of Italian, Turkish, fish menu (depending on the day of the week). The menu could not be changed.
That is, if you came to sign up today, you will eat what the hotel has planned for tomorrow! ! ! No choice! !
We had the opportunity to visit the restaurant on a fish day, which, in principle, suited everyone. Surprise was caused by the fact that the menu had to be designated already now. Moreover, there was not much choice either - a whole fish or a fillet! ! ! Some crap.
Let's go further. Beautifully dressed, we all came together to the restaurant at the appointed hour (a special warning when removing the reservation for a table in case of being late for 15 minutes !! ! we received at registration), sat down at the last table indicated to us for 9 people and began to wait.
We had to wait a long time, a very long time.
There really was no choice. At first, the waiter, having previously bypassed all the tables in turn, offered drinks that were no different from those in the main hotel restaurant - red and white dry wine, juice, cola. Poured, left. We were left to wait and be nervous.
The first course also received tables from No. 1 to the end, that is, we were the last ones. While we waited, the children ate all 5 slices of bread and drank cola. I had to ask for more.
They brought the first dish. Without asking, they poured a small amount of soup and that's it.
We ate, we sit and wait further until the previous tables receive the second course - 2 small fish sticks, which also, apparently, were brought from the main restaurant ...

Feeling that we, and most importantly, the children, can stay hungry, without waiting for the third (I think, the main) dish, we got up and defiantly left ..., disappeared immediately after that, and the three remaining waiters, I think, did not deserve our wrath ....
We ate that evening in the main restaurant of the hotel. The mood at the end of the holiday was spoiled for everyone.
I really wanted to go to this queue for an appointment at a restaurant the next day and tell everyone what awaits them there! ! !
Don't waste your time and don't go to this restaurant. In addition to beautiful tables and a view of the sea (if you're lucky), there is nothing there.
5. Animation
Entertainment for tourists is also standard - volleyball, dancing, water polo, etc. , for children - a children's mini club, a disco.
The big irritant was the music playing loudly all day in the vicinity of the main pool, around which there are a sick number of two-story houses. Keep this in mind when traveling with small children who have the habit of afternoon naps, and if you yourself want to relax.
In the evening, you will not be able to relax in silence either. The stage for performances, also located near the main pool and having more powerful acoustics, beats solidly with sound every day from 8-30 to 11 pm.
If possible, book rooms or ask to be moved further, but keep in mind that this will have to pay for very long descents and ascents of stairs.
The existing entertainment schedule is often violated by the animators themselves, so if you want to play volleyball or water polo, you need to come to the indicated place in advance. For example, I never managed to play volleyball for all 9 days of rest.
6. Other little things.
At the checkpoint (I'm sorry, I don't like the word "reception") there is free wi-fi. Only it is slow and unstable, which is terribly annoying. You can order an additionally paid Internet to your room by receiving an access code, which our friends did, mainly for the sake of the children.
The service staff is not very friendly. Until you ask, you won't get anything.
CONCLUSION.
I do not recommend this hotel for holidays, especially for couples with children.

Noisy, not very clean, especially in the restaurant. A large number of pools, although it pleases children, but it bothered me ....I came to the sea ! ! ! ! I didn’t want to swear with the children - every time they were looking for a compromise.
The large territory of the hotel also did not give anything good. "One step" - as my son said. We walked on the territory of the neighboring hotel, where the entrance was free. There are good areas for photographing, and a larger playground and benches ....It's a pity that we found out only at the end.
An ill-conceived restaurant with a large crowd of people and a lack of appliances finally puts an end to this hotel. I definitely won't come here again.
