Good day!
We stayed at this hotel from 08/26/10 to 09/04/10. Departed from Kazan at 01.40. The flight time is 4 hours 15 minutes, to the hotel on the bus 1.5 - 2 hours. On the way to the hotel, the tour operator Pegas Touristik organized a stop at the store with all sorts of things. In general, looking ahead, all excursions and transfers included mandatory visits to shops and shopping centers, in which we were given badges either with numbers or with the name of the guide. And all the purchases made from the group of one or another guide were recorded (sometimes even quite openly, on the boards with markers), probably for further bonuses. Well, that's right, a digression. . .
We arrived at the hotel at eight o'clock in the morning. Check-in starts from 13 - 14 hours. We were wearing bracelets and we could already use the services of the hotel, but there was absolutely nowhere to put our things! They didn't have a luggage storage room, they offered us to just leave our bags in the lobby! This prospect did not suit us. We gave 20 dollars to the guy from the reception and he immediately showed us to the room.

Number: from him the first day I was in complete shock, more precisely from the bathroom. Plumbing is old and even rusty. But these are small things for me. But the absence of a bathroom deprived the room of even the slightest coziness. Instead of it, a curtain, you wash yourself next to the toilet, standing right on the tile - it's unpleasant. As for the room: the furniture is quite decent, the TV is small, the refrigerator cools slightly, individual air conditioning, safe. Floor covering - tiles, also does not add comfort. The key to the safe must be received at the reception, leaving a deposit of $ 10. Also, for a deposit of $ 10, you get a card for one beach towel (you exchange the card for a towel in the spa). On the balcony there is a plastic table and two chairs.
Territory: beautiful, green. There are ducks, a peacock, a turtle, cats, lizards. Grow orange trees, banana grass (as the locals call it).
Service: Indeed, as written in many reviews, cleaning from the left dollar does not improve in any way. Moreover, it is difficult to call it cleaning! During the 10 days of our stay, the foot towel was never changed, the floors in the bathroom were never washed, and the plumbing was not touched either.
Meals and drinks: upon check-in, two cards are issued to receive a set of drinks at the bar to replenish the mini-bar in the room (Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite and water). Bottled water of 0.33 and 0.5 can be taken in bar refrigerators in unlimited quantities. There is a lot of food: side dishes, vegetables, fruits, spaghetti, fish, chicken, various sauces, cakes, sweets. Coffee machines, chamomile tea bags, apple and fruit teas, as well as black tea, which for some reason had the smell of birch brooms. Bred yuppies of wild shades were present and freshly squeezed juice for breakfast for $2. There were always enough tables. We went to an a la carte restaurant of Ottoman cuisine (once per trip for free): the food is the same as in the main restaurant, only the waiter brings it to you, and the wine is served stronger)))
Beach: I advise you to take corals, because. beach sand + pebbles, entrance to the sea - pebbles. There were always enough beds.
Animation Entertainment: there is a mini-club for children, where they play cards with children. In the evening, a mini-disco is arranged for children, every evening the same songs in German, Spanish. Children do not understand the meaning of the songs, they repeat the movements with indifferent faces, and sometimes they just walk in circles. Then animation for adults begins: “humor” about drug addicts, alcoholics, sex, homosexuality, etc. Live music once a week - and this is the only evening when you should come to the animation. During the day, exercises, volleyball, darts are played.

Spa: For $35 per person, you get a Turkish bath foam massage, 45 minutes of relaxing massage and a mud face mask, relaxing on the sofa, tea and watermelon in between. They say that if you go at the beginning of the trip, then the tan will lie more evenly)) Pegasus guides offer to visit similar procedures in the city for $ 23. From the stories of people who used this service, it turned out that this is a conveyor belt: the massage is fast, the peeling is bad, because the queue is full of people. So don't skimp! The spa includes a sauna and a gym that can be used free of charge, as well as an indoor pool.
I would also like to note the work of the hotel guides, namely the guide Sardala, through whose fault we waited for the bus for the tour for an hour! It turned out that he mixed up the time of the tour. It’s good at least that the time was written an hour earlier, and not later!
Excursions: if you are in this hotel and want to visit Hierapolis and the travertines of Pamukkale, then go there for 2 days or take a joint two-day excursion with a visit to Demre. It takes 4-5 hours to drive to Pamukkale one way, there will be very little time to explore its beauty, swim in the Cleopatra pool and travertines.
I wish you a pleasant stay, regardless of the chosen hotel!
