We liked everything or almost everything. The only downside is the cleaning of the rooms. We were settled in a family, but they didn’t give us 1 set of towels and a bed. Everything was quickly fixed after a message to the reception. Then, after a couple of days, our room was not cleaned at all (they didn’t clean it for 3 days. We complained to the reception and the room began to be cleaned again, but we were offended and stopped leaving a tip. By the way, cleaning in the room was much better than even when leaving a tip. We left a couple of dollars at check out. The room was good. Furniture is not new, but decent. Air conditioner worked decently for all 2 weeks (without it, you could just suffocate at night. No maravias (as someone wrote earlier), spiders and others "There were no insects in the room. By the end of May, mosquitoes began to appear. As for everything else, everything is OK. Pegasus (our tour operator) worked 200% from the Kyiv airport to the return to Kyiv back. Everything without hitches and transfers. Pegasus hotel representatives are just great. Thank you Irina and Ramis. Were on excursions. We bought excursions only from Pegasus. They didn't even look at the street agencies. All tours were amazing. As for nutrition. Yes, there was no separate children's menu, but my children are omnivores and ate almost everything that was offered (except for spicy dishes). There was a lot of food for adults and everything was constantly updated. Do not believe those who write that there is little food there and he was left hungry. The food there for adults is simply from the "heap" series, even my husband, who is quite picky about food, was simply SATISFIED. My children were just looking forward to the start of the animation group. They just fell in love with Lena and Nini (animation operators) Drawings, games, children's darts and bowling, etc. The children's disco after dinner was great for my children. Yes, we also really liked the adult animation. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful and well-groomed. By the end of May, 2 peacocks, 1 rabbit, ducks or geese (I still don't understand : ) ), a turtle appeared in the hotel. In short, they made such a mini-zoo. My little ones were just delighted. There are many cats in the hotel. On the territory they are not particularly noticeable, but when the meal time began, they were all in the restaurant. Which was somewhat annoying when cats rub against your legs. Almost all families with small children fed these cats, completely ignoring the rule of prohibition of feeding animals. And then they were sincerely surprised that the whole horde of cats and 5-7 cats were spinning around their table. P. S.
