The ticket was bought through Pegas Touristik. Everything is fine, no complaints. We arrived at the hotel at 2 pm, they gave us a room right away, but some of it was not very clean and generally shabby - the wallpaper was peeled off, there was fungus in the bathroom and a terrible smell in the closet. This is not the case with the new rooms. We took an iron with us and bought washing powder on the spot, washed it in the sink.
There were no complaints about nutrition, except for the fact that there was ALWAYS a queue for something tasty - for donuts, for tortillas, for fried eggs, for ice cream. The waiters try very hard, but feeding 1200 people is apparently problematic. There is noise, hustle and bustle in the restaurant, everyone is running around with plates, knocking each other down. There were no problems with the nutrition of the baby (1 year 3 months), I took a blender with me, but did not use it. I don't understand people who take full plates and then leave it all. So what about "paid for everything"? This is a great work of cooks! The chef was often in the hall, making sure that everything was enough, correcting something on the dishes. The territory is well-groomed, everyone is trying. There were enough sun loungers - you could always find a place. Garbage on the beach is removed, but it is sometimes found in the water. The playground for so many children is very modest and traumatic, the equipment is not quite intact. It would be better if it was expanded with a children's buffet of an incomprehensible purpose. There is no sand on the beach. Large pebbles, on which it is painful to walk and small. On a wild beach there is a small strip of sand in the coastal zone and a shallow entry, but you still have to get there. The mini disco was wildly popular with the kids. Water aerobics was not every day, although there were always quite a lot of people for it. We watched two Turkish nights, one was gorgeous. The boys danced very incendiary!
The a la carte restaurants were in both fish and Turkish. I liked Turkish better. Of the additional services - cotton candy and boiled corn, children's rocking chairs, air hockey, computer games, hookah. Table tennis is free, but you can buy the balls yourself. Liked the pillows on the grass. The Turkish cafe brews Turkish coffee in the evenings.

The spa treatment costs $40. And she's not worth it. On the way to the bazaar, on the left side, there is the Chimtur spa center, which is no worse, the price is $ 27, and there are more procedures. You can additionally agree on a course of medical massages (lymphatic drainage, anti-cellulite, for example), three people from our company went - everyone was satisfied. A little further than the spa center, there is also a supermarket on the left side, the prices are affordable, the Turks themselves buy there, the prices are in liras. There are household small things, souvenirs, products. The prices are wild on the market, there are few discounts, everyone speaks Russian (immigrants from the USSR). But shopping in Alanya is also expensive. Bus from the hotel 7 dollars. round-trip + taxi around the city 10 USD. one way. For the three of us, it took about $30 for the road and there they bought $100 worth.
Some excursions were bought on the street. Rafting, for example, was excellent $17 adult, $8 per child. But only Pegasus had water skis - our men liked it. The water park behind the slide is not super, of course, but normal. The most interesting thing is that the price in a street agency is lower and it includes lunch and transfer, and if you buy in the water park itself, it is more expensive and lunch is not included. In general, I consider the rest a success. little things could not spoil it, but there were no major flaws : )
