Good day! I want to tell you that you don’t have to believe the negative reviews, how many people have so many opinions and what you need you will understand only after relaxing there. Recreation was organized by Pegas tourist, as they met and saw off, from door to door. I have never seen such organized work, all the accompaniment was like in a kindergarten, they counted their heads after each stop. There were no problems with them at the hotel, everything is clear, if you speak adequately with them, then you get the same attitude in return. Many thanks to the guides Irina, Ramis and Vasily for the holiday. Now about the hotel. we were settled immediately upon arrival, we arrived at 14.00. The room was on the ground floor 132, which upset me at first, but then I realized all the advantages. The room is good, the furniture is decent, the air conditioner worked. The only negative is not very high-quality cleaning of the shower room, but that it was cleaned, that's for sure. Towels were changed on demand - it’s enough to put them on the floor, they gave shampoo and hair conditioner upon check-in, so my advice is to take soap accessories with you and also grab a clothesline to dry clothes - there’s nowhere to dry. At the bottom, the clothes are still drying, at night there is a lot of humidity. but I then dried near the air conditioner. We then ran through the balcony to the sea, so as not to bypass the bungalow. It is very convenient and you go from the sea and threw all the circles and mattresses onto the balcony and there are no problems. Not a single thread was stolen from the balcony during the rest. I forgot my glasses on the beach and grabbed them after 4 hours, so they lay there, in this regard, I was generally amazed, if someone lost something on the territory of the hotel, they simply put it in a prominent place. Excursions were taken from Pegasus and were very pleased. We went on a 2-day trip to Pamukalle, there were 2 drivers who were constantly changing because it was expensive. We went very well, we had a guide Hassan, thank you very much for the tour of such interesting people, you rarely meet with a subtle sense of humor, swam in thermal springs, Cleopatra's pool, on a yacht in the open sea. It was super! Of course, we were brought to stores, but I want to say the prices there are higher even with the discounts they talked about, at the Alara Grand Bazaar near the hotel the prices are lower and it was nice to bargain with them, although prices are different everywhere in the whole bazaar, so look for all of us bought there. We went fishing in Shelale, it's just super! The territory of the hotel is large with such a number of vacationers you do not feel cramped, you can always find sunbeds both on the sea and by the pool. There is enough space for everyone in the pool, and even if the children jump and dive, this does not interfere in any way. The territory is cleaned, they constantly cut their hair, wash the paths, spray mosquitoes, although we took the raptor and turned it on, it was not superfluous. I want to say about the service - they are just great, in the dining room the boys fuss at breakneck speed - there are always tables, sometimes you just go to a dirty table and they will quickly cook it for you. the plates are removed, they ask, you can. We spent the night on an excursion in a luxury hotel, so there the waiters pull out the plates right out of hand, it’s not very pleasant. About the queues, so in this hotel there were queues even for watermelon, not to mention hot, but in our hotels there were queues, but only for what was cooked on coals or in the oven with us, food stands in different sides of the restaurant, but our compatriots they loved that counter that was in a closed restaurant, and on the street there was the same assortment without any queue. The food is varied, we just overate - vegetables, fish, chicken, turkey and lamb, which they cook excellently. Thank you! We have all the drinks, we didn’t have any poisoning. The attitude of the staff is attentive and respectful in Russian, even the cleaners say thank you, please bon appetit, it's nice, all managers constantly monitor everything on the territory of the hotel, there is round-the-clock security throughout the territory, they keep order. With us there were some important guests, of course they were honored, it was clear, but they took food from the common tables, I saw it myself, and the managers themselves always took forest with vacationers, this probably says something! We went to a la carte restaurants, I liked it very much in the fish farm 2 times, it happened, they cooked solid fish on the coals - sea bream and, in my opinion, sea bass, but I can make a mistake with it. Animation is not bad, not for everyone, but we liked it. Alex is just super, our 16-year-old daughter went every day by the pool and in the evening, she really liked it.
