Good day! We rested with a family with a child of 3.5 years. Everything is in order.
Accommodation - we were not lucky: we booked a Delux Resort Family room - this is a two-room suite, with interior doors, like a small apartment (because our grandmother was with us). Upon arrival at the hotel (in the evening), we were immediately settled, escorted to the new building of the Resort - BUT !! ! in the wrong room! settled in a regular triple, where all the beds are in a row. We paid more on purpose, if only everyone had their own personal life))) Moreover, with a non-working split system - which was "repaired" until 11 at night, so we had to wander around the hotel with a small child. Naturally, the mood fell... As a result of negotiations and the help of the Pegasus Tourist Guide, they promised to move to OUR room the next day, which they did. Then everything was fine with the room, at the reception they helped with all questions. I advise everyone to take rooms in the new Resort building, a little more expensive - but worth it. There are additional privileges. Everything is new, beautiful, working. The separate restaurant is a big plus! There is ALWAYS a place. And the staff is very attentive, polite and friendly. Honestly - I did not expect)) They say that this building will be a separate hotel next year - 5 stars . . well, I don’t know how it will be . .
Food: I say right away - there is no children's table. Diet food too. If with a small child, it is advisable to take cereals, juices, purees with you. Otherwise, he will drink - diluted yupi, at best, water or tea. For adults, everything is fine - the food is varied, a lot of vegetables - steamed, stewed, raw. Fruit according to the season. Meat and fish have always been - and stew and grilled meatballs. Tasty. But my child won't eat any of it. Ice cream every day. I watched other people's kids - so their diet mainly consisted of french fries with ketchup, pasta, chicken. Their usual food. Wash it down with sweet drinks. Sad picture. I don't give mine. As for the lines, I didn't see them. True, we ate in the new building - for us a separate restaurant. In the main restaurant, I saw queues for the most delicious - ice cream, grill . . But also not critical. Although the hotel was packed - not a single free room - the peak of the season.

A la carte restaurants are worth a visit, especially the fish one - very tasty.
Entertainment: The child has something to do, games, a mini club, slides, a lot of children - there is someone to meet, make friends. Every evening a children's program, dancing, the children liked it. Our girl is still too small - so she only checked out the slides, swimming, pool dancing in the evenings. The playground is not very good: small for so many children, and parents have nowhere to sit.
There is also a lot of entertainment for adults - starting at 10 am, aqua aerobics, water polo, yoga, volleyball, various dances - latin, belly, etc. , darts, bocce, then fun competitions - well done guys animators. After lunch, everything repeats again. In the evening there is a show, then there is a disco - in the new building under the restaurant. In general, you can have fun in the hotel)))
Territory, sea: No comments here. Everything is great! The beach is good - mostly pebbles, sand to the left of our beach - closer to the mountain, You can go there, no one kicks out) The sea is clean. The territory of the hotel is beauty, a riot of flowers and colors. Four full-fledged pools, one children's paddling pool.

I would also like to warn future vacationers (it’s a pity that when we were driving we didn’t know about it). 1. Upon arrival you Guides about free shop tours: they will take you - they will bring you - everything is super. So, the prices are outrageous. Overpay to your lover, even if you think that you bargained well. Although interesting)) we went to the skin - Ottima. I bought a bag. It turned out that there are a lot of such bags in the market - cheaper! and if you bargain - twice cheaper! You decide. 2. Troy Water Park - guides talk about its uniqueness, etc. Go. It's not worth $100 spent for two. . . The slides are few, uninteresting, old, huge queues (especially for the vaunted hill - Up). The included lunch is very modest. the only thing I liked was surfing, on an artificial wave, and then they turned it on an hour and a half before departure, and it costs an additional $ 20.3. The hammam at the hotel was not impressive . . well, they washed it . . well, massage . . but during the holidays they always offer drinks - friends who were in other spa centers told about delicious herbal teas . . so we were offered the same Jupi, which available throughout the hotel. Not seriously. Respect to the masseurs, the guys are great, but the administration would be nice to take care of a better service. They invite you there beautifully, but how they paid the money - they don’t really take a steam bath....
