Just returned from this hotel. Rested with family. When we went, we read the reviews and basically knew where we were going.
Briefly about the main thing. If you are paying for mediocre 3*,
understand that you are going to Turkish and not Croatian 3 *. Absolutely indifferent to the choice and quality of food and drinks, picky about cleanliness in the room - since you will only spend the night in it, this is a good hotel.
My rating is 3-*
Recent impressions are:
About good.
- Animation - solid 5 out of 5, entertain from morning to evening both children and adults, if you want to participate, if you want to watch - both are fun and interesting
- Territory - also 5, large enough, clean, looked after, cleaned and watered every day, trees, greenery, flowers everywhere - beautiful
- Staff - 5, smile, recognize, greet, entertain
- Beach and location - 5, clean, cleaned, a lot of trash cans that are regularly cleaned.
- Russian among the staff know much better than English

- Animation in Russian for both adults and children
About average.
The contingent is all our Russians. I didn't see any drunk or violent people. Special rudeness too. There is someone to drink, make friends and talk with. They rush to food and with food in plates as if it were the last time, they pile mountains - all this falls on the floor and on those around them. The Turks are smiling squeamishly.
About the bad.
- Rooms - 3 with a minus, everything is old, shabby. Nothing is working properly. The shower was changed on the 3rd day after 3 calls, the safe never worked so normally - it is either closed or not closed, the air conditioner sometimes works, sometimes it doesn’t work, it often rattles due to its wear and tear.
In general, this is the property of the hotel. It used to be but now it's broken and doesn't work anymore. There was a baby stroller for rent - but it broke down a long time ago, etc.
- Cleaning in the room - solid 1. And then only because I saw
like a cleaning lady sometimes comes into our room. 1 time in 2 weeks they washed the shower room - they noted it because it smelled of chemistry - this is the very time when I personally watched the cleaning and pointed where it was dirty. They straightened the sheets, took out the garbage, sometimes swept - that's all. The balcony was never entered. They don't bring toilet paper - you have to call the reception all the time, the same with mineral water and shampoo. Tips really disappeared from the bed regularly. It does not affect the quality of cleaning. The phone of the hotel manager was not given, they refused to call him to the showdown.
- Food - probably 2 only for the fact that it was at all. I have never been in a 2 * hotel, but probably they should be fed there.

In all 3 * hotels where I happened to visit (Turkey, Greece, Bulgaria, Slovakia, etc. even Egypt), the food is much more varied and tastier. Here all 2 weeks you will find a diluted tomato paste called Tomato Soup, winded chicken, and the same lamb cutlets. The difference is that the cutlets are big/small, the chicken is big/small. Also a few nondescript salads.
Everything is tasteless. First you try out of interest, then there is a chance to correct your figure and lose weight. Maybe for someone this is a plus.
My Soviet school canteen is just a gourmet paradise compared to the cuisine of this hotel.

- Catering is a separate 1. Everyone is in the same queue - but for different dishes and interfere with each other.
I have never seen anything like this anywhere. You need to either work with your elbows and break through to what you need, or stupidly stand in an endless queue. It is endless because 99% of the guests are Russians and everyone takes a place one after another. Therefore, 3 people in front easily transform into 23.
- drinks again 2 only for the fact that they were at all. The meager minimum: no non-alcoholic juices - only diluted vile yuppie powders. When you open the machine and fall asleep chemistry.
From alcoholic interpretation analogues of vodka, gin, brandy and wine.
No local liqueurs, vermouths, etc. In the menu of AI 3 * hotels of all countries where I happened to visit (the same Turkey), they are. Beer is standard EFES. Neither bad nor good - not for everybody. Powdered wine - death to the stomach. Once it was over - they poured local cheap bottles - and then the difference was noticeable.
You can't make any cocktails - even for money. After much conversation, a box appeared with a list of 8 cocktails for $5.
After 3 days, the cocktails were over.
- Organization of drinks - there are no separate machines for cola / forfeits / beer, i. e. everyone, both children and adults, stand in a general queue.
Why is that ?
Local old-timers said that earlier this hotel was designed for 600 comfortable vacationers and was really rated as 4 *. Now it has been inflated by 2.000 unpretentious Russians - others won’t go for that kind of money, but the infrastructure has been left as it is - and now it’s not even listed as 3 * among the locals.
Perhaps that's all.
