I read a lot of different reviews. I don’t quite agree with the bad reviews: those who, by nature, are always not satisfied with something, will always find something to complain about. My opinion - beautiful hotel, nice beach, delicious food. Meals in general - from 07:00 in the morning to 24:00 at night. Entertainment for every taste. Animation team - well done! The whole staff of the hotel is good. Their attitude towards people is very respectful: always friendly faces, always kind attitude. In the spa, we received all the services in full. In the Turkish bath we received excellent service. Peeling, massage, masks really liked.
Special thanks to our hotel guide Alim!! ! When we were taken from the airport to the hotel, the guide Tatyana jokingly called him for us (during the rest) dad and mom. I want to say that he became a dad there for us. He gave an exhaustive answer to any question, tried to fulfill any request, even beyond his capabilities. Thanks Alim!!!
On the excursions we were accompanied by a guide with a chic name Mikael Abdurakhman Abdulmuttalib Uly 115. We were on two excursions - in three cities: Denver, the city of the World, the disappeared city of Kekova and Pomukalle. Mikael. . . 115 told a lot, of course there were stories that we heard on the first excursion with him, but I note that these stories were not a memorized text, he told them in a new way. There were many other interesting stories he told.

We went to rest and we got exactly what we wanted. This hotel is suitable for all ages: from children (there were even babies) to the elderly. The youth did not get bored there - discos on the territory and the beach, visiting Alanya and foamy on a yacht. Diving right on the beach. Everything you want we met in this hotel.
