Was in this hotel in July 2014 with a child. Of the pluses, I can only note a fairly large pool with two slides and not the worst beach for Alanya. The beach is pebbly, the pebbles are large, there are no sunbeds, there are no umbrellas, there are several awnings, which is not very convenient - you are either in the shade all the time or in the sun all the time.
Service at the hotel is poor, to say the least. We had a room with an unfading smell of sewerage and a view of the roof of a neighboring building, located 7 meters away.
The food is terrible, there is no choice, and even worse, if you arrive an hour after the start of breakfast (lunch, dinner), you will not find even that... The food warmers are not replenished, they are simply closed with lids. Haven't seen this anywhere before.
Animation is also bad (at least the one that I saw near the pool). Not everyone could repeat very strange movements to techno music, even the animators themselves got confused. It all looked somehow ridiculous and comical at the same time.
On the territory there is something like a mini zoo: a cage with rabbits, geese, and turtles, not all of them are alive. Flies are already swarming around some, so if your child is sensitive, then it’s better not to show him turtles at all...
