I do not want to scare those who want to visit this hotel, you may be lucky, but for this money we were counting on a more impressive service, I would rate it 4-. We rested with a guy in September 2008. Let's start with the fact that we arrived at 7 pm at the hotel and instead of settling we were sent to dinner (we were not upset), but then they said that there were no rooms (this day is fully paid on the trip) and you are either waiting until 12 at night and we will settle you or we will be temporarily settled together with a guy together with 2 women who came to us in a 4-bed room, and on the next day at 10 they will settle normally. I did not want to wait, the four of us settled, in return they promised good rooms with a sea view. On the next day, the manager was not there, at 10 we were not settled, at 11, too, at about one in the afternoon we were still given separate rooms with a view of the road) In general, 2 days were gone.
In general, the hotel is not bad (in terms of ideas, structure). Air conditioners work only in the rooms, and the corridors, dining rooms, hall...... there is nothing to breathe).
Rest only Russia-Ukraine. The attitude is very specific - there are signs everywhere that the second drink after the first and all that, nothing is allowed and they look askance at you if you have drunk more than 3 glasses of anything. Plates in the dining room can be taken while you eat......

Rested in Egypt 5 * - do not compare, there is a completely different attitude. Next to this hotel is the Pasha hotel for the Germans, where the waiters and staff tiptoe in front of the Germans and smile at them (not us)
The food is normal, you won’t leave hungry, although I personally expected more from the “dishes from the chef”, and there are constant queues for drinks
There is animation, everything is fine
One of our neighbors said "This hotel is on the left and only one works here...."
In general, it’s normal, especially if you don’t take into account the staff that works there, but I would advise you to go to Egypt, the prices are lower, the service is higher
